Are they improving or are they getting worse? I am not sure either, but that is what I read. I give up if that is about the horse type because I know that the horse's type or race will be too many. So that can make the bettor confuse to choose the horse if they don't know anything about the horse racing.

You are not wrong and I share the same opinion however I am just describing the reality of what I see, lets take this market as an example, how many people invest in icos or ieos and they do not know a thing about trading, investing or about the coins in which they are putting their money? The majority I would bet which means most of those so called investors did not put any effort to try to give themselves the best opportunity to make money in the markets even if it is on their best interests to do so and the same happens in gambling.
