Ethereum remains the king of altcoins

Let's not undermine the flaws  the Ethereum ecosystem harbours, alot needs to be done by the developers on the Ethereum smart chain, we all had expected the launch of ETH 2.0 to make corrections but it is still at the early stage perhaps things could be corrected from Q1-4 of 2021. Ethereum truly remains the king of altcoins, LTC should be dragging the position with Ethereum any moment.

Yes, I'm sure that right now the ethereum developers are working hard on big cases. Could Litcoin be able to keep up with ethereum? I can't really see it to be honest, maybe NEO or Polkadot have the potential instead. but no doubt for the fast litecoin transaction speed

As of the moment, while the bitcoin price in the market is increasing the gas fee of ETH so far was too expensive. but even is like that, still the Ethereum remain dominant where some of the cryptocurrency can't do it. But I could say that there are some of the altcoins out there were it could be next into ETH in which BNB in my own opinion.

Agreed， ETH is the king of the altcoins now, but who could sure it still is it in the future, indeed BNB is a strong competitor, and it is very promising, besides, there are other competitors, like EOS,DOT,etc.

Ethereum has always been number two since I've been associated with cryptocurrencies.
Also many tokens of cryptocurrency are made in Etherium blockchain.

Not only BNB, also EOS and TRON. Especially TRON. Ethereum is very expensive. Even now when fees are not so high as it was in September you need about 0.5 ETH (~$300) to deploy an ERC20 contract for example. It's ridiculous!

Ethereum is the king of altcoins and it should be. Comparing with the other altcoins Ethereum is the most popular and people are comfortable with Ethereum.This is in the second  position of cryptocurrency so Ethereum is the king of altcoins.

When every other altcoin almost is basing their land on the Ethereum fiefdom then yeah, I think ETH should be king. With everyone else paying tribute to it. Staking may mean later that miners drop out but I feel like there is plenty in terms of rewards and miner fees to feed them later with the ecosystem sure to grow. It'll survive:)

Bitcoin and eth follow the same pattern. If you pump BTC, Eth will pump whether other pumps are pumped or not. Almost all tokens have run eth blockchain and currently the defi project created hype has run on top of eth blockchain.

ethereum is still king in altcoin in my opinion. I have an opinion not a matter of price or popularity. My opinion is that when the market is bad, eth is able to face the market and when the market improves, eth is able to be at the top. this is very difficult to do if it is not a good and strong coin by any means. So by that I call ethereum the king of altcoins

I could not but agree to what you said that Ethereum is the king of altcoin from inception and it has remain its ground among hundreds of several altcoins. Whenever I check my portfolio to see the coins I owned I marveled at the rate they become so dump and useless for holding the coins.

For sure. I also think that there is very low chance that ethereum drop from that position. At this moment ethereum is the most used platform based token. And it has a huge marketcap in the market. And at this point of time there is very low chance that someone could reach that marketcap. In the crypto space there are many platform based token available, some of them are technically better than ethereum and low cast also. But people like ethereum. And it has a huge 3rd party deps support. I know this market is full of surprise but still it's hard to reach ethereum at this moment.

If I'm not mistaken, last year XRP took over the Eth rankings but it didn't last long then ETH could take over again until now it still dominates in 2nd place in CMC.

Yes and always Ethereum still remain the king of altcoins. As what i have observe some altcoin newly risen or other altcoins were made based on ethereum system. But even though Ethereum dominates the altcoin world there are also some altcoins which possesses good at the crypto market value and one of them are Binance and XRP.

the fact that ethereum remains the goto platform for the development of new projects which are mostly ERC 20 means that ethereum will continue to be the most valuable  of all altcoins.
The platform is head and shoulders above all other platforms and it is most likely to remain  that way for a very long time.

Yes, the king of altcoins is still Ethereum. We all agree with this since it is still the highest rank in coinmarketcap. I assume that Ethereum will be the king of altcoins for a long time, and not sure if any coins have the chance to overtake it.
