It is alright if a site decides to mimic designs from other sites, but they would have to make a decent number of changes to it in order to make it unique in its own way.

Straight up copying the design and using it without making any sort of changes is crappy and such sites need to be avoided basically. The site advertised by op is still in its prelaunch state which is why I won't review it until it's final release.

Having a gambling site that copies most of the design from another gambling site especially if it is a reputed gambling site would give a bad impression for the one who copies it, They can be labeled as a clone or a rip-off and people don't like that especially if they will put their money on it.

Imagine they are giving away a big prize pool but they have a fishy design also their site isn't finished at all, They put some tabs but some of it doesn't have a function, Could they be rushing?

It will really give out bad impressions to those sites who do copy because we know that originality will really be always preferred and also i dont expect that much
for lots to play into this site specially if they are aware or have tried to play on the site that they had copied.

This isnt only limited on gambling sites but into other stuffs as well where you do copy someone then you cant really be easily trusted up.

Its always better to make your own design which would be recognized by the public.Dont copy and put up efforts on creating your own business.

I agree with Lanatsa if you are going to open up your own casino you should make it unique since copying other's work is plagiarism and should not be trusted. At least some members here already gave a warning about this fishy gambling site, complain later means because there is something bad on the site means that the one who complain did not want to do some researches first before trying the site. I was about to test this new site but seeing the copied designed changed my mind. Secondly, if the owners of the site could not develop their unique design i doubt they will be series in the gambling business. There is an example already. Rinobet which is a clone site of Stake has just launched after the long pre-launch period with similar pre-launch giveaway like jackbet.
