As stated below, the royalties works in two (2) phases:
- Octopus Robots sells licenses. 50% of the royalties of its licenses are redistributed to Covir and the remaining 50% remains with Octopus Robots.
- When Octopus Robots sells a product (whatever the product) it includes the patent, and therefore generates up to 10% royalties per product. 5% of these royalties are redistributed to Covir and the remaining 5% to Octopus Robots.
I do not understand this, above I quoted from your

- And about 10% of royalties per product, divided also by 5% for Octopus Robot itself, why write it, then where's 90%?

-A license is a right linked to a technology patent (in this case, Biosafety holds 2 patents). The holding of these licenses allows the sale, distribution and marketing of a product.
But also on a territory, a customer sector, a country etc... The license allows you to do everything.
-On each $ of turnover, Octopus Robots invoices the exploitation rights on the products which are 10% of the turnover.
When The company sells a product, which generates 100% in turnover, on this 100%, 10% are invoiced in royalties (5% for Octopus Robots & 5% for Covir)
