1.Food. You shouldn`t eat junk food,salt,sugar and gluten.
2.Sport. You must go for sport, even if there will be no `result`, just for sparkles in your body and mind.
3.Way of life. No drugs,alcohol and cigarettes.
These are helpful to keep someone healthy and fit and looks like a young but actually you can't stop ageing, it will happen no matter what you are doing.

that`s true but we got some examples, the main one for me is Ronaldo (which is portugese) and in his 34 he is looking better than in his 18 years. Of course there is no way one day we`ll be with face scratched by wrinkles, but somebody is meeting that day in 30 years and another one in 50. So we can't sustain forever without wrinkles right? Different food diets and continuous workout can keep ourselves young more than those other people.Maybe in future the things could be changed and it will become possible with the technologies not with any hardwork.

Aging is normal for a person.
But aging is not how most people are "aging" now. Anyone can live to be 150 years old now (and much more, but this is too big topic that I cannot cover in one comment). Moreover, you will feel good even at 140, because you will not only have a long life expectancy, but also a high quality of life (good health until death). Think well, why are all people dying of disease now (even those who died at 130)?

I can list several factors that cover 80% of the causes of early death (when people die before age 100):
- Nutrition. The diet should be completely plant-based throughout life and without heat treatment.
- Artificial electromagnetic radiation. This is as important as nutrition. Any artificial electromagnetic radiation suppresses immunity, causes cancer, causes infertility and much more. Lives as far from power lines as possible, use phones as little as possible, etc. There is protection from the negative effects of these fields. You can search the internet for this. This is one of the most important reasons.
- More activity
- A positive outlook on life
and other factors

Considering all this, living in nature, in a good ecology, eating foods that you've grown yourself, living a truly fulfilling life, then you will not have most of the problems that people in big cities have. Therefore, living in a technogenic environment is unnatural for a person. Nature gave us this body, do not forget about it. We come to this material world and then we leave it. It makes sense to spend efforts on the development of your spiritual part (through love, kindness, compassion, etc.). This is the only thing that is always with you (even after the death of the material body). Therefore, live in harmony with yourself and with the world around you, get to know yourself and the world around you. Love and do good deeds. It's not so important, in fact, how long you stay here, the main thing is how well you will be here.

Being 'young" is a mindset. I know a few people who are well in their forties and still act very youthful. If you act young, you'll seem young. Trust me.
