to be honest, there is many project out there hiring someone to do this thing due very busy with project development, but its unfortunately for TYM team that hiring this guys for making their announcement threads with fake accounts, @OP is scammers that messing TYM project by attempt fake team member for TYM, so he could blackmailed the TYM and ruinned the TYM project reputations.
