What wallets can I connect to posbit?

I've received some bitcoins from one of their internal users but when i try to withdraw from the account. They asked me to deposit 0.025bitcoins for verify the external bitcoins wallet. Once i deposit 0.025 bitcoins to the account they reply me that the amount is not exact 0.025 bitcoins due to they had charged 1% commission and want me to deposit another 0.025 + commision amount bitcoins. I wonder this is a scammer website ,only ask you to deposit but you never want to withdraw from them.

Can anyone else use their account to answer my concerns to their website? Has anyone withdraw any bitcoins from their webiste?
