URGENT - uncomfirmed transaction sent to scammer. How to double spend????

Sent bitcoins to scammer at 5 sat/byte. Transaction unconfirmed still. How can i double spend to send the funds to myself before the scammer transaction confirms?

You need to manually cast a tx with the same input and push it using  a bitcoin accelerator (not everyone accept double spending tough) or a miner.

I once tried for the same reason and miss it for a block. There were online tools to cast a transaction, but I can't find them right now

If you have a trusted friend and expert in this matter, better to ask help right now. Because learning those above-mentioned steps will takes time for you to perform and I'm afraid if it was already been confirmed before you've done.

It only needs 1 confirmation before it finally has gone from your control, will that pretty quick especially when there is no network problem.

That's why it is very important to have 2FA authentication to give safety at your wallet more than enough that email confirmation can do.

Its not that easy in reality. Tools mentioned above or just learning about it.
Been there, mistake of a transaction, tried many many different approach, none worked.
Its thousand times easier to double check before send/learn about security than trying to double spend.

You can have 2FA, only if you use custodial wallets and rely on third parties. Custodial wallets not only doesn't make your coins safe, but also put them at more risk.
It's not a good idea to use custodial wallets and give control of your money to third parties, because you can't keep your coins secure.
