As KenYou wrote earlier, the project was created by a group of enthusiasts. In addition to the above links, I can recommend a telegram channel @HacashPool with a fairly active community. And over the last two months (which I follow the project) there is active development. And this is taking into account the fact that no ICO was held, no one collected money or sold masternodes.
