Looks like my prediction is reversed.
Marseille should have won 3 winning scores but instead Auxerre got 3 scores. Really very funny.
I can't think how it can happen but if you choose BTTS, of course we will win in the bet. And in my opinion Auxerre seemed to get good luck when the Marseille defense performed very carelessly.


BTW, today there are several matches and this is my prediction.

Angers vs PSG (PSG over 2.5)
Strasbourg vs Monaco (Monaco win)
Lens vs Nantes (Under 2.25)

I think this continues to happen in the forecast as your thoughts were on Marcel as he looked strong in Auxerre.Marseille only scored 1 goal if they tried for the rest but they could not succeed. If they would have played with full effort and surely drawn the match, they could have had their advantage.In this match, all eyes were on Marseille, but they disappointed people because they lose match by twi goals. Your prediction is absolutely correct because these matches are tough and both teams will play for their defense which may cause some prediction to be wrong. For this reason I will enjoy these matches rather than predict them.

PSG have a very strong and perfect squad, which should be able to help them maintain their form until the end of the season later, keeping focus and concentration throughout the game is the key for them to win every game they play, but I think conceding two goals in the last minutes from angers is definitely not something good in my opinion, when they has a 4-goal lead until the end of the match precisely the PSG players started to lose concentration and focus which made them concede two goals and I think it shouldn't have happened.

If we talk about the UCL, it seems that their hopes of being able to qualify for the next round are very unlikely happen, apart from the fact that currently they have lost a lot of points, of course the opponent they face in the next match is also not an easy team to beat, the difference in performance and mentality of PSG currently in Ligue 1 and UCL has certainly been in the spotlight  and I think to become UCL champions then they have to improve their mentality they are current.

I was quite surprised by the result of the match between Montpellier vs Brest. I thought Brest could win even though they were away or at least bring one point because Montpellier was at the bottom of the standings. However, in this match they had to admit defeat besides that the home team played well even though they didn't get possession of the ball, but the chances they created were quite a lot and forced the away team to pick up the ball in their goal 3 times. I think maybe Brest only focused on the Champions League because there they played quite well.

Yesterday in the French league, Auxerre delivered a superb performance to stunning their hosts Marseille. It was a result that very few persons would've predicted but football being a game of surprises came with another surprising result. Later tonight, Paris Saint Germaine will visit Angers for their 11th league game of the season and I'm asking if any of you think that home team will be capable of getting a result from the game or do you think it'll an easy game for Paris Saint Germaine to get all three points and extend their lead at the top of the table?

PSG put on a show in this match, it was one of the most enjoyable matches to watch. This weekend if filled with stellar performance from elite sides. They've focused everywhere, in the Ligue One and also making it a priority in the UEFA Champions League. They've more work to lay their hands on this season not just settling for lesser competition. Paris Saint-Germain run riot at Stade Raymond Kopa yesterday, they exhibits epic performance because they're in the best position for changing big winning, they thrashed Angers 4-2 and its reliable score if you ask me. This is what we're talking about when it involve PSG, Luis Enrique is not vulnerable and have change the way things operates for the club, he's 100% hitting the top opportunities.

Even though Paris Saint Germain won this match, they should not have lowered their focus so that 2 goals were scored in extra time. Because just imagine if they were 2 goals ahead, the 2 goals scored against them would have made them fail to win. Yes, I understand they are very confident with the 4 goals they have, but they should not have done something like that. They are getting further away from the pursuit of the club in second place, especially after their competitors lost this week, such as Marseille. Now the club below them is Monaco who has collected 23 points, 6 points different from them, quite a distance.

I believe the reason why they conceded 2 late goals was because they were confident that they are leading by 0:4  already with the 4 goals coming in the first half, PSG is the better side but it's a bad thing if they keep allowing most of the teams to keep scoring goals against them it shows some sign of weakness in their defense and most other teams will used that against them when they play against big teams. Monaco and Marseille is the teams that are behind them but their points difference is not much so PSG needs to keep improving their performance so that they can extend their lead in the league and have hope of winning the league with ease.

I am not saying that Marseille shouldn't have won that game, but I think that calling this a shocker maybe goes a bit too far here. Auxerre is not a team from the relegation zone and they have been on an uptrend recently. Haven't lost the last four games and yes, this was a typical game with Marseille being the dominant team and Auxerre scoring the goals. The shocking part maybe is that Marseille was 0-3 behind at halftime... I think any team can lose a game, but the question is how did they lose and Marseille messed it up badly.

If you have considered the depth and form of both teams then probably you would have understood better why it came as a shock to some because the worst that was expected for such disparity in strength and form was supposed to be a draw but here was Auxerre leading by a whooping 3 goals without Marseille who was supposed to be the tough side not responding just yet, it's obviously one that should come as a surprise. Even if just like as it is in the nature of football that any team can loose a game we are to put that to consideration, literally we would expect a 1-0 loss for Marseille then we can assume their opponent was only lucky but this is a case such that you cannot just associate with luck but a deserving win.

Then you should perhaps read my post again and then you find that I said the shocking part of that game was mostly that they were 3 goals behind by halftime. That was a shock indeed. Now coming back from that against an average team like Auxerre is not easily done, which is why I say that until halftime it was a shock, but afterwards it is almost delusional to think that Marseille would turn this game around often times.

I'm loving the kind of improvement I'm seeing around lile's performance this season and I'm just hoping they continue with it, altho they aren't bringing the competition at the level I expected it but then I believe some day they will literally get to the point they will be able to be strong contender for the league title, at this point I like the fact they are still been able to maintain a decent position athe top four position even if they drew today game that game then just a point, they aren't just terrible yet but Nice who used to be a better team isn't even able to make it to the top four st this time, they are actually still struggling around the sixth position and hopefully they get oas it because this season i just feel they have been doing below what we have always known them for much earlier before now.

Nice was just fortunate to get that extra time equalizer. The last-minute chance also saw the Nice goalkeeper coming out to get a goal and the host was just lucky to level up in the 90+6 minutes through Tom Louchet. Lille is still in a good position to qualify for a European competition if they continue improving. But I would like to see teams that will be consistent so that PSG will be dethroned this season.

Actually, I consider surprises like this to be commonplace even though I have a 99% correct prediction, but on the field there is still a 1% chance of failure. So Marseille defeat may be surprising to everyone because of their less than optimal performance and sometimes a team that underestimates a weaker team actually gets punished by the defeat. So sometimes I dare to predict the match and bet on the underdog to benefit from certain surprises.

I don't know what happened to Marseille that they were defeated by Auxerre at home in today match, the defeat was also quite disappointing because with final score of 1 - 3 and of course this is very detrimental to Marseille considering they have to keep trying to collect full points from each match to be able to catch up with PSG.
Marseille should have win with all the advantages they have, even Marseille game dominance is really absolute but it was all in vain and I had to lose my betting slip because I made them the favorite.

Like an accident that happened, Auxerre surprised them by bringing Marseille to the deepest abyss how could it happen but it was Marseille's fault in my opinion, their players were not optimal in the lower line so that 3 goals in the first half certainly made their mentality die instantly, I thought Marseille would win easily against this promotion team but in fact they could not be relied on they brought a surprise to my bet which lost because of Marseille.

With this defeat I think chasing points to compete in positions 1 and 2 will be even harder for Marseille because they are not so consistent, with less effective play, even though in terms of players they are superior but that's how the world of football always makes unexpected surprises.

As result of this defeat, Marseille has to lag behind 9 points from PSG and 3 points from Monaco who are in second place, I think the opportunity for Marseille to compete for the title has been lost and their only chance is to be runner-up if in the future Marseille can perform optimally and win more.
Next Marseille will compete against Lens in week 12 and this is an away match for Marseille, whether they can win or lose again because Lens itself is not weak team and can be underestimated, Marseille must try to get full points in this match to stay in 3rd place but honestly I doubt it because it is possible for draw and sharing points.

Yes, they had to fail to get a win in the final minutes after Nice could score a goal at the end of the match, it would definitely be very painful. But football always gives surprises like that and they have to accept it. Sometimes when you think you will win, the score can change in a matter of seconds, especially when a team is only ahead by 1 goal. This result makes them stuck in 4th position in the standings. Even though if they win they can be in 3rd position after Marseille failed to get a win in week 11. However, they could not take advantage of it very well. However, looking at the match statistics, this result seems fair for both teams, although one of them has to taste the bitter pill.

LOSC is a good team, even in the 2020/2021 season they managed to become champions in Ligue 1, but their inconsistent performance means they can't always be in the best position. For example, after they became champions in the 2020/2021 season, in the following season they finished in 10th place, that was a very significant difference that they experienced. If only they could be more consistent, then I think they would be able to achieve better results than what they are currently achieving. Because after all they are a team that has the ability to do it all, it just depends on themselves in maintaining their performance so that it doesn't decline much.

They're a good team but what i don't like about PSG is that they're only dominant in the Ligue 1 asides their League they don't perform very well, the squad of PSG is good it's even more better than that of the teams they've played so far in the Champions League and it makes me wonder why they fail to perform well in that competition, on a normal they're supposed to comfortably win PSV, Arsenal and Maybe even Atletico Madrid, playing 1-0 with Girona is  not even worth talking about cause they should be scoring more than a goal based on Girona's poor form this season. I believe they'll win their league cup this season but it's not enough cause they're a big team in Europe and should've won the Champions League, if teams like Chelsea could win twice i wonder why they can't.

The draw that Lille got in the match failed to make them enter the top 3 zone, although they were able to take a quick lead and lead the match over Nice until the 90+4th minute, but unfortunately they lost focus when Nice increased the intensity of their attack when the match was almost over, getting 1 point at the end of the match was of course quite disappointing, even though they played quite well and had many chances in the match,  But indeed the unyielding attitude shown by Nice also deserves appreciation, in addition to their luck that was able to equalize the score in the match in the last seconds of the match, currently Lille managed to get closer and shorten the gap with Marseille and Monaco, so I think Lille has great potential and can be a serious threat for Marseille and Monaco to end the season in the Champions League zone later.

Brest who were able to control the ball more and also had a total of more kicks were not able to produce more goals except for just one and I also wonder why Brest could lose to the Montpellier team who are at the bottom of the Ligue 1 standings this season. This really hurts because in the Champions League, Brest has been in a pretty good position so far and often plays very well so that Brest is in a pretty comfortable zone there. And the result of the defeat could give rise to a different assessment for Brest because the team could still lose in the Champions League when meeting a better team there.

Monaco gave us some suspense in the first half just like you, I couldn't believe what was ahead so when I saw this, it gave me confidence in them that they can still have their game in check even when you don't believe they can.  I love how Monaco became more aggressive in the second half and got their attack and striking right, but the challenge I always have with them is in their ability to staying consistent in all of this, anyways they got three points which is the most important and congratulations to them.
