In my opinion Monaco has a strong enough defense to withstand many attacks made by PSG players just look at how many shots were created 28 shots and 10 of them were on target but were able to convert into goals after 90 minutes of the match and that happened when the referee gave additional time for both teams and PSG was able to take advantage of it well after 2 minutes of additional time and in the end PSG won the French Super Cup even though they had to try very hard but they really deserved it considering that PSG is indeed the strongest club in League 1.
We have great potential in few French clubs which can do much better than current quality, but sadly we have no good development in them which giving them setbacks even though in this season due to new format we have good success for few clubs in Champions League but sadly their performance in Ligue 1 is still not good as no club able to create problems for PSG with chances are also high we will again have fight for remaining spots instead of winning title. Marseille showing some good signs, but they are also 7 points behind and Monaco is one of the clubs which always done good but suddenly have problems and let them down near the end of season currently few clubs are doing impressive job but still things could be clear near the end of this season.

At the domestic level, many would agree that PSG are the main rulers, so far no team has been able to stop their progress, the trophy they just won can explain it all. PSG also seems to be able to lock the Ligue 1 trophy faster this season, Marseille and AS Monaco who were expected to put pressure on look unable to do so, they have fallen far behind. Without strong competition, PSG will always be the ruler without having to try very hard, which is also believed by many to be the reason why they often struggle when competing in the Champions League. As long as financials seems this different, no team will have a chance to beat PSG to be fair. The gap between how rich PSG is, and how other teams look, is pretty obvious when you look at how much they are spending each season. It not even just about how much they can spend on transfers, that's great and all but it's also about the fact that PSG can pay much more in salary as well, so that's an important part, and I am pretty sure that is going to be a tough thing for all of the other teams. When you calculate all these financial differences, you will end up seeing how PSG will easily beat everyone at France, and the only problem they have is that they are incapable of winning the UCL, which has been a tough task for them. Financial differences has made a very significant difference in the performance and also the capacity of other teams in competing with PSG so far, but to be honest this season we can see if there are some teams that actually have the same squad quality as PSG such as Marseille and Monaco, but it turns out that they still have not been able to break or even rival PSG dominance in ligue 1, so I think actually finance is not the main problem that makes it difficult for other teams to compete with PSG, but we can't deny that mentality may be one of the factors that allows PSG to dominate the league so far and that's despite their poor performance in the UCL.

For the next match, Marseille will play away against Rennes and of course, I personally do not hesitate to still choose Marseille to win with odds @2.55 at this time. Because after all, as far as I remember and even until now, Marseille is a team that often gets good results for away games. After all, so far this season Marseille is still the best team for away games even though Marseille has suffered 1 defeat in the away game, and compared to PSG who are undefeated so far. However, Marseille has 7 wins so far from 8 away games that have been played and thus, because Rennes is also currently in 13th position in the Ligue 1 standings, then I personally am very confident that Marseille will still be able to consistently get good results.

Marseille have won 4 and drawn 1 in their last 5 league matches. Their form is very good and they are playing good football. The team tries to play more pressing as they win and they are successful in doing so. Rennes lost 3-2 to Nice in their last league match. They had actually won 2 matches up until that match and could have had a good run but they lost. Marseille seems to be the side closer to winning this match but there are many matches in football where expectations are not met. I think this match will be a high scoring match but I still think it is better to make a decision after watching the first 10 minutes of the match.

Because indeed Monaco's focus is only trying as much as possible how they don't concede the ball in the end and what is done for 90 minutes is actually almost over well, it's just that in the final minutes of extra time Monaco cannot maintain their form which makes 1 point in sight in the end must be lost because PSG managed to get 1 goal thanks to a goal created by Dembele. The match was as expected in the end although only 1 goal was scored but I am quite satisfied with what Monaco and PSG showed in this match regardless of the result because they showed a very good performance on the field where both clubs tried to show the best performance they could and we can see that the attacking pattern that occurred in the end was quite good although Monaco's mistake was that they lost focus in the final minutes before the game ended.

The bookies give odds that are not much different to these two teams even though the distance between the two teams in the standings is very far, which means Rennes can provide a surprise, besides the factor of playing at home Rennes also has a fairly sharp attack, in my opinion placing a 1x2 bet for Marseille is quite risky, maybe BTTS can be a pretty good choice if we don't want to take risks or over 2.5 can also be considered. But again there is no guarantee. Well, hopefully you are lucky, my friend.

It was not an easy victory, PSG managed to score only in extra time, but it was deserved, PSG played better. However, what is surprising here, they have not had a worthy opponent in Ligue 1 for a long time, with varying success several teams are trying to compete with them, but it is obvious that it is very difficult for them to do so. Winning Ligue 1 and the French Cup is what PSG must do.
First of all, Congratulations to PSG who won the French Super Cup. Yes, that's right. PSG's victory in the match was not easy because Monaco's game in this match was very solid, they played the match very well starting from the defense and the goalkeeper also performed well, this can be seen from PSG's attacks that were successfully blocked. Even this match almost ended in a penalty shootout but PSG was lucky in this match because they had a player like Dembele who appeared as a hero in the 92nd minute. Of course this victory will again increase self-confidence to always perform better, become better collectively, increase intensity, increase mobility, and highlight effectiveness in completing opportunities. This victory will also be a motivation for PSG, because they have a very important match against Man City in the Champions League. For PSG, the Champions League will remain the main target, because indeed in league one they are very dominant and it can even be said that it is difficult for other teams to catch up with PSG at the top of the standings.

It seems that this financial fair play stuff isn't really working on teams like Manchester City and PSG because those two teams spends recklessly and way above their revenue. The PSG take over happened less than 15 years ago, the question is apart from the owners money where else could PSG get the kind of money they are spending? Because they could not have generated such amount of money internally, the owner just pump in money at will thereby reducing the ability of the other 19 teams to compete with them financially. I just wonder why the league organizers have turned a blind over this for ages now. PSG will keep on struggling in Europe because they lack competition in France.

Every rule has loopholes that can be exploited, allowing a rich club like PSG to build squad depth according to their wishes without breaking financial fair play rules. I think all clubs will do the same when given the opportunity, because it is the easiest way to continue to dominate the competition. The gap in strength between each contestant is basically influenced by financial support factors, so it is not surprising to see PSG can easily dominate all competitions at the domestic level. Overall, the ability to avoid financial fair play rules without breaking them does seem unfair in the eyes of mediocre clubs, the competition becomes unbalanced, the opportunity to win trophies becomes very slim, and reduces the appeal of the League. The organizers cannot be blamed for this, and I don't think they turn a blind eye and ignore their rules being violated by any club.

Angers defeated Brest 2-0 at home and managed to get an important 3 points despite being in the relegation zone.Luck was on their side even though they had a bad game compared to their opponent.Brest's performance in the champions league is different from their performance in the league. They seem to be more focused on the champions league but they have tough matches ahead of them. Strasbourg, on the other hand, won 3-1 at home and took the 3 points. We can say that both teams had plenty of positions in the match and the match was really competitive. It was clear that both teams were on the pitch to win, but Strasbourg won this match with the advantage of home advantage.Strasbourg, who increased their points to 20, have to show more than they can do to finish in the top 6.
I was very angry in that match because I staked high on Brest to win and eventually lost the bet. How can you say a team had a bad game when they were able to secure all three points against a relatively stronger side? I don't know your definition of good game but to me there is nothing else important in a match than getting all three points. It was a relatively great game for them as the win over Brest will surely catapult them out from the relegation zone into a safe position currently in the league. Brest form in the league has not been encouraging as compared to their surprise Champions League form but they have failed to replicate their Champions League form in their domestic league this season. On the other hand, Strasbourg has been having a quite and decent run in the Ligue 1 and their recent win against Auxerre was a commanding win and they would surely looking forward to build on this victory to be able to at least qualify maybe for the Conference League next season.

They are currently seven points ahead of Marseille, who are in second place, and ten points ahead of Monaco, who are in third place. That's why I don't think Paris Saint-Germain will easily give up the championship in this league. They have a huge advantage, and they also have a much better squad quality than the French league. In other words, they have a squad above the average French league squad. There is a big problem in the Champions League because they fell well short of expectations. Everyone expected them to be in the top eight, but they are having difficulty even getting into the top 24. I think PSG is still going to win the League title this season ahead of the two teams you mentioned, PSG stands a better chance of increasing their points as they have the best team in the league so even though Monaco and Marseille who are following team in positions is doing well PSG will still increase their gap before the end of the season. Coming to the champions league the squad of PSG team is not doing well because they have a lot of inexperienced players playing in the champions I think they stand a better chance of winning the league more than the champions League competition.

To tell you the truth, I don't see any team that can surpass PSG in the French league. Marseille is also included in this. However, the two teams that will give them the most trouble will be Marseille and Monaco, that's for sure. However, I still think PSG will easily win the French league championship. If you ask what Marseille can do, they can try to get close to PSG by winning every game. At this stage, they can't do anything else. If PSG doesn't become champions this year, it will be a big surprise. It is very possible for PSG to claim the title before this season ends if they can maintain their consistency. So far PSG are unbeaten in Ligue 1 until week 16, so they just need to win more games to claim the title before the league ends. Ligue 1 has 18 participants which makes all these teams only have 34 matches each. PSG have played 16 games, meaning they have 18 games left before the season ends. Considering that Marseille and Monaco find it difficult to maintain consistent performance, PSG has a big opportunity to create a higher points gap instead of only 7 points as it is currently. PSG just won the French Super Cup title against Monaco yesterday. Dembele was the hero of their victory in that match, of course thanks to his only goal in the injury minute. PSG can claim the French Ligue title much early before the season comes to an end. I doubt there is any team team that can stop them from winning the French Ligue title. Both Marseille and Monaco has been in form form this season but I don't think they can compete with PSG for the title.

On paper Marseille is clearly more favored, De Zerbi squad has been unbeaten in the last five matches, and is currently in second place in the standings with 33 points. Rennes is ranked 13th, they are 16 points behind Marseille, and only 2 points away from the relegation play-off zone. I think it's not wrong to say that this match will actually be easy for Marseille to overcome, even though we know Rennes is slightly advantaged because they act as hosts. An additional 3 points are very important for Marseille, they can continue to stick to PSG at the top of the standings, confirming their position from being chased by AS Monaco.

That's what makes this league not so interesting because PSG can claim the title much earlier before the season ends so the league competition is not so competitive. It is difficult for any team to break PSG's dominance and that is not at all the competition that football lovers expect. To be a competitor for PSG in the fight for the title, it takes a balanced player strength and that is not possessed by Marseille or Monaco so it is difficult for both of them to compete with PSG. If you look at the Marseille team when facing their opponents they are able to win the match with a fairly large score but when they want to compete for the title with PSG they actually lose their chances, both Marseille and Monaco are both seven points behind PSG so it is difficult to catch up on the points.

As PSG fans of course they will be happy with PSG's impressive performance and they can celebrate their title again. But as a football fan I think a league will be boring if there is 1 team that really dominates. I like Real Madrid but the match will be exciting if there are other teams that can be Real Madrid's competitors like Barcelona and Atletico Madrid. It's the same as City who have won the EPL title almost every season but at least they have one or two competitors that make the league interesting. PSG are really dominating. They are still unbeaten in Ligue 1 and they have a big points difference with Marseille in second place. This is different from La Liga and Serie A. I don't mention EPL because Liverpool also performed impressively this season with a 6 point advantage and still have 1 game left.

Because PSG's level is much higher than all other teams, and they can have a hard time playing against each other and they lose points, and PSG at this time does not feel such a big competition. Ligue 1 could be more competitive if other teams could find the same funding as PSG, but those who have big money are more interested in investing it in the EPL teams, so the competition there is much higher, and Ligue 1 is a championship of one leader, as it happens in weaker leagues.

Lens came close to winning the Ligue One in the 2022/2023 season. They were such an amazing team that season that they lost the title by just one point. They didn't have a big budget or world-class players, but they had a disciplined and desperate squad. Since then, PSG has maintained their dominance of the French League. Having more clubs that enjoy the financial backing PSG has will be fine since they will be able to buy the best players in the market. But just as Lens came close, maybe a club can still do the same but I don't think it will be this season.

One of the factors that makes the level different between Paris Saint Germain and other teams in Ligue 1 is the financial condition. Paris Saint Germain can be very free to get the players they want, even though they have to get them at a very fantastic price, while other teams cannot have it. Even other teams have to sell players who play well to get a profit, that is a very striking difference. It is undeniable that money has an influence on a team, therefore football and business cannot be separated and must go hand in hand. I think this will continue to happen when there is no change experienced by other teams, such as another team being acquired by a prince.

It is undeniable that money has an influence on a team, therefore football and business cannot be separated and must go hand in hand. I think this will continue to happen when there is no change experienced by other teams, such as another team being acquired by a prince. And I am quite surprised by the finances they have, they can survive so long that they are able to dominate the French League for quite a long time. Even if you think about it, they have made several player transfers with high prices and salaries, but they release players at low prices, and more than that they also often release players without getting any financial compensation. and an example is di Maria who was bought from Manchester United in 2015 for €63 million, Di Maria moved to Juventus for free in 2022 after his contract with PSG was not extended. PSG often sells its players at a loss, and then they bring in new, better players at fantastic prices. Their finances are very strong, the Middle Eastern sultans are indeed extraordinary, the investments they make in football are beyond doubt, like clubs in the Arab league who always bring in players with high prices and salaries.
