Paris Saint Germain are the strongest club here, they have everything that is superior to other clubs. I have said before that Nice and Psg are teams that so far are strong candidates in the competition at the top of the standing because they are close on points to each other at the top of the standing. It seems like that nice will not be able to compete with PSG to get the trophy. Im feeling that PSG is likely winning the competition again. The club is still remain unpredicatable but the chance owned by PSG is the biggest one compared with other club like nice and monaco.
At the end, league is just another bundesliga which has been dominated by bayern for 11 years. I thought that nice and monaco would be strong competitors for PSG but it's likely we will have same result as last season.

Im not hoping to those clubs anymore. League 1 is just another farmer league for PSG. There must be billionaires who will be able to invest their money on the french league. Otherwise, PSG will keep dominate it.

I believe in Nice to maintain this competitiveness until the final weeks of the season. I hope so as well at the same time because otherwise PSG are going to finish their work early and announce their championship again. If you ask me which team in the league will make it to the title I would still say PSG of course. But at least we can watch some heated title race between two teams. PSG are doing well in the Ligue 1 these days maybe but they aren't performing the same in the Champions League.

If this inconsistency starts to show its affects in the Ligue 1 again as well Nice had better make use of that. Nice are still the only team without a loss but they are drawing too much.

Yes, but the competition is still long while the difference in points is still very close and I still believe that Nice will overtake PSG again in the next match and my belief is after seeing Nice's excellent consistency, they have never even been defeated and have no scheduled matches in other competitions, whereas PSG It will be difficult with other matches in the Champions League, making PSG decline a little and have to focus on one competition.

speculation as to who will qualify, it seems like PSG has greater chance of qualifying to represent league 1 but PSG must be able to beat Dortmund in upcoming match even though this will be very difficult match as long the strategy is right and Mbappe mainstay player is able to appear stronger, he will definitely be able to qualify for the round of 16. Lyon will only have their last chance in January and after that, if there are no changes in their performance, it is quite clear that Lyon cannot avoid the relegation zone, but if there are changes, at least they can be a little more consistent, there is hope of avoiding relegation.

Yearly, the Ligue 1 always have quite some surprises for we the fans. Since they’ve got some nice investments in 2019, they’ve been doing very well, After about 12 match weeks they sit 2nd in the Ligue 1, a point behind PSG and they hold the best defense in Europe’s top 5 league with about 9 clean sheets, and with the way they're going they could give PSG a very tough competition in winning the tournament.

 The way they build up from the back is really creative. But the fear is will they remain consistent because PSG are a team that knows the do and don’ts of this league and that’s one thing needed for winners. Psg have dominated the league because of it’s investment and that’s one thing that’s needed else they’ll still keep dominating this league and that will make the league a farmer’s league.

No doubt PSG still remain the strongest team when it comes to their  league the French Ligue1, they may not have the likes of big names at the moment since Messi and Naymer left the team but the likes of Mbappe and the rest of the big boys in the team is enough to withstand the names in the other clubs as it is now so I think it will take some time for a team to defeat them in terms of comparism and the number of notable stars in the club. The club is rich and they are ready to spend so much than other clubs in the league to get any available player they want this alone shows how superior they are to other clubs who does not spend so much of buying players like the PSG team. Regardless of the PSG team not getting the results they have been looking for wieh the squad in the team but they have achieved so much in the league as they have dominated in the league with highest number of league trophies and club achievement so they remain the best till further notice.

Anyone who watched Paris Saint Germaine match against Newcastle on Tuesday night will surely agree with the fact the English Premier League club was a better team in the 90 minutes. Newcastle was denied a win after Kylian Mbappe scored a stoppage time penalty to help draw his club to level with Newcastle. PSG has been very impressive in the French Ligue 1 but they've not been replicating same form in the European Cup. Borussia Dortmund who I thought were gonna struggle in the group F has turned out to be the first team in the group to reach the knockout stages of the competition.

Another French Ligue 1 club, Lens were humiliated yesterday in a game I thought they were gonna give their hosts Arsenal a difficult game but unfortunately for Lens, the game was already won after the first 45 minutes of the game with Arsenal leading by 5 goals to nil. I don't think it's going to be good season for French teams in the UEFA Champions League competition

The financial strength of PSG is what distinguishes them from other clubs in Ligue 1. With their strong financial base, they could buy more than enough good players. This will make them have good reserves that can make them compete favourably in many competitions. They always have a replacement when any player is injured. This is not the case for other clubs who will have to suffer in case of injuries and suspension of players. But other clubs in the French League are becoming competitive like we saw last season when they won the league with just one point. Today in French Soccer League, Montpellier vs Clermont Foot was a tough match between two teams. For which neither team could win today's match. Clermont Foot started the game well in the first half. Montpellier did not play well before halftime which made Montpellier team not score any goals before halftime.  However, Clermont Foot had a poor performance after halftime for which Montpellier team scored 1 goal to draw the match. However, players from both teams received red cards.

PSG is obviously a top team and it’s very normal if they’re dominating in Ligue 1, where the fans needed changes and the main reason why Luis Enrique was hired was to get this team success in European tournaments and that’s one thing that he’s already failing. Newcastle being in top form pose a threat to PSG but the hosting team PSG was probably great enough to get at least one point from this Newcastle side so as to get their spot in Round of 16 of the tournament

 I think they don’t really have the squad depth to grant them success so far and I think the Round of 16 might be the closing stage for this PSG side except they do some quick and critical shopping in the January market, to bluster their team and strengthen all the weak areas that needs to be strengthened.

There are a number of teams in Ligue 1 who have the ability to break the dominance of PSG but not too strong to hold PSG until the end of the season. The depth of the squad is also a problem when a number of players are injured, for example we talk about the Nice, Monaco, and Lille squad this season and the problem is when some important players in the first team are injured so that it is difficult to compensate for the match until the season ends.

PSG has a solid squad and reserve players they have also have almost evenly distributed abilities when talking about competition in Ligue 1. I would have been happy if Montpellier could have won this match. Montpellier had a great performance in their home match today. The players of Montpellier tried their best to win. In the match we only saw the dominance of Montpellier players. Montpellier players have 63% of the ball possession. And they were able to make 32 shots in the entire match. On the other hand, Clermont Foot had a total of 5 shots, one of which was on target. Clermont Foot was very lucky so they managed to get 1 point in this match. On the other hand, even after performing well, Montpellier could not get 3 points. Clermont Foot are still in the relegation zone. The chances of the team getting out of the relegation zone are very low.
