It's becoming quite common for previously United players to end up playing better on their new teams. I mean look at Mctominay or Anthony and you will see that both are playing good and I am sure there are other examples as well.

Many people talk about the Club World Cup game and the finals, where Chelsea won and they keep saying that the similar thing could happen here as well. But the reality is that we are not going to see something similar there, it is not going to be the same. Just because one game happened like that, doesn't mean another one will happen like that again.

You're absolutely right. PSG can't be underestimated in this match, and just look at how it's now the 86th minute and PSG are leading the game 4-2. If PSG can maintain their strong position, they'll win this match --- and I also have a feeling that they can win this match because they looked strong in this match compared to Chelsea.

That is where some persons including myself think the team is suffering from something spiritual. Is never easy playing as a Manchester United player with so much expectations and unnecessary pressure from the manager, issues here and there, the atmosphere is not that nice...but leaving to a different club seems like something special came inside you as a former player of Manchester United, many would ask if UTD is cursed or something. Is a normal thing to see players who left the club are excelling but one man refused to improve and that's Garnacho.
Having him at UTD would have done so much change for the club but I don't understand why the board didn't allow him play for the club instead they loaned him before letting him go, for me it was a bad move. Greenwood have been a good player since before this whole madness of him being accused of rape and displaying the ability he have on the pitch is the best thing to do after coming out from such problems...he should keep on pushing who knows one day he'd be playing against his former club UTD.

I don't think it's very beneficial at the moment. If Chelsea also wins in their phase, then I will say that it has been beneficial for PSG. If it doesn't happen, then we have to understand PSG's performance and their strength that they have really succeeded with a good game and hard work. Their players have worked hard in this game, they have also scored 5 goals in this match, which is enough for them to win in the next phase. With a three-goal lead, I think it will be very difficult for Chelsea to overturn a three-point deficit. Chelsea still has a chance to score three goals because they are one of the best teams in the Premier League. However, I don't think PSG will let their goal concede that easily. With a first-leg lead, PSG can focus more on a more solid defense to make it difficult for Chelsea to score. Chelsea once pulled off a miracle comeback against Napoli in the UCL a few years ago. This season PSG can't win the Ligue 1 tittle easily after one points remaining with Lens after 25 matches played and has 9 matches left, usually PSG have many points gap to be champion of Ligue 1 tittle every season but Lens make difference for PSG to be the winner this season. Big challenge for PSG on difficult position must defending the Ligue 1 tittle and other way have to defend the UEFA Champion League tittle, honestly with inconsistent current lerformance from PSG I doubt win the domestic league and get chance to reach final in Champion League, tomorrow Chelsea waiting by Chelsea at round 16 of Champion League.

PSG is racing with time; their performance is not consistent while they are feeling pressure in Ligue 1 due to poor results, and their chances in the Champions league also not looking good. In this game, Chelsea is visiting Paris, but this could not be an easy game for PSG due to their poor run. In the last few games, PSG has showed only average performance, especially when Monaco humiliated them. They also have problematic results against London club Chelsea.

This could be a challenging time for them. Hopefully, the first leg game will give them a good boost, and they could be able to overcome their poor run in real soon. At the end of this season, Luis Enrique is a well-decorated coach and also well aware of how things work in tense games.
