Those compromised users should file a complain to proper authority so that this scammers will get punish by the law, if they will continue to act like this and keep posting on this thread they will not get any result since the owner already avoid and refused to return back their money.

Most of the scammed gamblers does not anymore find time to file a case, you know it will take time and you'll need to spend your money and effort just to do that, it's not worth it, sharing their experience is more than enough to destroy the companies image to help the gamblers avoid the site.

But the question is, how long will this go on, they are like Yobit, they don't care about their reputation, they will continue to do what they are doing because they know there are new gamblers who are looking for a new gambling site to play, and they easily trust those glittering and attractive banners and the design of the gambling site, and because of this, they do not do extensive research, and they only found out that 1XBIT is a scam after depositing and cannot withdraw, their winnings.

That's their lost if they will let those incident go away and these scammers will get more guts to scam more people since they know their victim will not sue them. If there are one victim will strongly sue them well maybe this incident will be lessen and we can provably see a big news about owner of sports book has been imprison due to large scale scamming, this is big news and maybe those others scammers will get afraid about those situation.

Yes, that is correct. And most probably they do not care about the forum at all. I suspect they have many ways to make advertisements on the internet, basically they do not need the Bitcointalk forum.
Most annoying is that nobody can stop them. I also do not think that the police is interested in this.

I am sure that some people already trying to take charges against 1xbit. So many victims, for sure some of them reported them to the police.
I hope there is an investigation in the background. If the police really wants, then this site will be seized quickly. But I am not going to see that happen.

They have enough done to many people and still doing more and more scamming from here and outside the bitcointalk community .
