From what I can see, the person representing 1xbit on Bitcointalk has not responded to complaints for months.

I think that if someone cares about clarifying the case, they should find another form of communication with 1xbit.

I don't know if you are familiar with the 1xbit case, but this casino has had a reputation for shady business for nearly six years and still hasn't made any changes. It's unfortunate that 1xbit_official has not taken any steps to address these issues, and it's clear that they don't care about their reputation or the satisfaction of their customers. All we can do now is caution others to steer clear for their own protection. Scams are not moderated here in the forum for the sake of decentralization and freedom, according to the administration.
Also, this is something that has been going on for years, they few times people from this casino responds is to say that gamblers they suspended cheated somehow (they do not even refund the money after suspending them). In the end, since they are likely scammers, they stopped to reply. That is how they operate and want to continue to operate.

Also, I am sure you are aware that anyone who enrolls in their signature campaign gets negative trust.

Just forget it, if 1xbit ever wanted to fix their sh!t, they would have done that a long time ago, but as it is, they know what they are doing, they are a pure scam, so dont ever think the representative of the casino will ever come out to address the complaint against them, i can bet you that no long time users on this forum bets or gambles on 1xbit, yet they kept their signature campaign running without stop, they know what they are doing, and like i said before, they are not interested in addressing anything, it has been this way for a very long time, and i think it might remain this way still for a long time from now, so just stay away from them, and if you have friends or family signing up on this forum, tell them to stay away from 1xbit.

By the way, posting visual proof of the low standards that 1xbit find themselves in (as far as the opinions of members of this forum are concerned) cannot be deemed as spam.

Well he's here for over 6 months but I believe that he is inactive in this forum and his first post is claiming the he is asking 1xbit about his account and first post is the same as this exact post you have quoted. I think he didn't know that time that 1xbit is a fraudster/scam casino. I guess he still trying to regain his money from 1xbit or he is just trying to gain bring down the broken reputation of 1xbit given that his accusation is for me not valid given that there are no proofs about his claims. what i have discovered is that, if you carefully observe the pace of accusations coming in against this casino you will see that most of those victims only get to know about the casino shady behaviour when their already already a victims a already and only coming to the forum just to drop the case.

Dont expect for them to respond because it would be usually;

1. Says that they had resolved the issue
2. Says that the certain user do commit out such violation
3. Says that it is really something other competitions fault or trying out to break their reputation

We've been seeing lots of issues and complaints about 1xbit but still ending up on getting unresolved and this is why the community do really continue
to give out warnings and caution about this platform.

   You have your evidence, is it possible that the authorities of the country where this casino operates can act? Haven't you found out that? They don't need any reason to block their customers' funds. Because you will understand how low their reputation is after reading this thread. This thread has many complaints about 1xbit scamming customers' funds, and 1xbit has not addressed them. Because 1xbit has new excuses for not addressing those complaints. So 1xbit may be thinking about what will be the excuse against this complaint!

expecting money back after being scammed, that is pretty much impossible.
I'm really surprised to see so many complaints going on here and I just thought, how come these people could be fooled even though we have google that can be used to research whether this platform is a scam or not and google will show you everything.
it's very sad that this complaint keeps popping up here.

1xbit official, you must look on this and just tell me what the h*ell is going on? I registered on 1xbit website for the first time, created account deposit 800 dollars in crypto and start betting. All good until i made profit of +266 dollars in crypto on my account and had total of 1066. I just wanted to try withdarw money, because I was first time here and wants to know how it goes, will withdraw goes smoth and i continue to bet here because odds was good for me. After Withdraw, waiting of maybe 10-15 minutes, my account was logged out. I tried to login again but seems locked and tried to contact livechat on the website. He said i must contact on email security about this issue, and I was so angry because this was first withdraw and they make me problems.
Because early was scammed too by another company, i did screenshots before I did withdraw from my account, and I will show all the pictures here.
Continue story:
I sent email to security and explane all my situation, and they said they will send this to specialists. After few hours, they are telling me this in the email:

I was so angry, logged into my account, and what to see :O , my whole profit and winnings are made 1 odd, and they took my winnings without any explanations and without any reason. I hope this is big misunderstanding from 1xbit and here 1xbit official can give any explanation about this maybe "scam" ? What is the reason why my winnings profit are not paid? Did 1xbit not want to pay people who win? And only want people to lose money here, and if lose they not blocking and continue accounts? And if made one profit they blocking without the reason? What is the point to bet here then? When winnings are not paid and made refund of 1 odd for all people who win money here? Need explanation about this, because this is really not ok from betting website like this to treats members.

Anyway bets are regular, on high league tennis tournaments, so there is no way for any problem from my side.
