Can someone explaining me this, is this normal in this betting website, to not giving you win money, only want to lose?
Official 1xbit? Is this normal to not give people who are placing bet here, and win some money to not giving back the winnings? So why people to bet here when if win , profit is made 1 odd on games? Really frustrating me this, and need explanation about this situation for me!

But I am afraid you just got scammed by this shady casino, this is not a new thing, if you check this thread you will find other cases like yours, people that got their account locked out and their money taken.

This is allegedly how this casino operates, sorry again for your loss but your money is likely gone, If you want to try, you can contact their mail, but they will likely make you lose your time until your give up. Please, take this as a lesson and do your own research about casinos...

This information is very interesting, but I have doubts that such a huge casino as 1xbit/1xbet will go bankrupt due to the fact that it is supposed to pay 1.6M EURO fine. The contracts with FC Barcelona and Serie A are at least several times higher.

I have been scammed by 1xbit1 website. They are totaly lairs and close my account without any reasons and didnt back my money I invested and deposited there, and also not give me winning money.

I don't really see what 1xcorp has to do with 1xbit. 1xbit is not the same company as 1xbet. People make assumptions that it is the same company, but that has not been proven anywhere. All DT members always shout in the forum that you have to claim statements with hard evidence, where is that hard evidence? There are none. It is also not surprising that they use the same software. There are dozens of others who use the same software. After all, that's what Igaming providers are made for. 1xbit has had a signature campaign for over a year that they pay out neatly every week. I have never had any problems with this gambling site and have always been paid nicely.

It used to be that they would let you withdraw your deposited sum, but now they close your account and take the deposit as well.

It is a common case of the 1xbit. You should give up this dollar. You will never get this fund as they are proven scammers. Just a common piece of advice never deposits on any gambling site or currency exchange site without researching the site. If you do not check about the site then you will lose again and again like this.

We can discuss about the nefarious practices of this casino for years and yet they will continue to scam people by paid chilling around the internet.
Talking about these cases is about saving those who take the time to investigate a bit before depositing their money, which may be a small percentage, but I am not sure, though.

Those reviews on Trustpilot which is 5* for 1xbit obviously are paid shill by 1xbit. 1xbit tried to promote through bitcointalk forum users to those who are not able to earn funds they joined on 1xbit signature campaign after knowing that 1xbit is a scam site. In the same way, there might have a lot of people who may provide 5* feedback after knowing 1xbit is a scam casino.

Sure, we can find a lot of information about gambling platforms here on the forum, specifically in this section, but (for obvious reasons) this forum and section focuses on those gambling platforms where people can deposit and withdraw with Bitcoin and altcoins.

There must be other casinos which are purely FIAT, I have seen some ads of those in TV before, in that aspect our gambling section cannot offer much of a source of investigation for newbies.

I just wished more people checked this board instead Trustpilot.

I have made account on 1xbit1.com and deposit 4 times in crypto in total 560 usd. I have betting  on my account 3 days, my first three deposits I lost my all money, and then deposit 4th time 200 usd and made 565 usd on my account and then they log me out. I have no idea what is going on because when I tried to login it says incorrect username or password. I have contacted live support and they told me I need to write email to security email of 1xbit. Ok I wrote email there and after few hours they sent this to me:

" Good Day. We want to inform you, that our company decided to stop any collaboration with you (closing your account).
The decision was made after a careful investigation of the situation by our security service. The decision is based on a violation of the Terms and Conditions."

I can't understand and why they didnt explane to me what is violated on my account, because I have nothing did wrong to my account and I am first time using this betting platform. I have just money below my deposit 565 usd and my total deposit is 560 usd. And why they want to close my account with my whole money inside, without giving me back my deposit? Any information about  this what to do? They doesnt want to speak with me on email anymore. I have there my deposit money but they now allow me to login and get back my money. I have all evidence  screenshot of account , hash deposits of deposits transactions and profile if need some support to send to them. Anyway my account is 464610259 and I will send this to official 1xbit here by message to look in to if they answer me. For any update I will write here again.

because on this forum, especially this board, there are many pure and honest reviews from several trusted members here, and there's no need to doubt it.

Don't you get it?
The casino is run by scammers, so obviously they didn't expect you to even win anything. They wanted all the $560 to themselves. Their goal is so that they always win, and you never profit from their casino. Once you win, they will block your account, log you out and then say that violated their TOS which they never even specify by the way.

I am still not sure why you folks keep using 1xbit despite knowing that it's a scam casino

This is generic and this has been what they sent to all their players who managed to win and like to withdraw and you are no exception, they expect all their players to lose and if they win you will get this message and no one it seems is exempted.

Your reasoning is valid but even if it is valid they will not listen to you, they just want your money, either from losing it or from scamming you, your experience is now added to their list of people they scammed, and you can open an accusation and warn people on playing on 1xbit that's the best that you can do, hoping will do you no good, its a lost cause.
