I don't think it's good for investing, especially in crypto using borrowed money, because the risk is too high. However, if you are lucky you can get a big profit.

Btw I agree that this is a pretty good time to invest in crypto.

In bitcoin which is very much unstable borrowing can be highly risky as in last few days how it has been moving so nothing predictable and still do not know which ways it can go from here. It’s like a chance you take and if lucky you make money else you end up losing big and with borrowed you also pay interest along with losses you may incur so that is bad move too.

You need to have a plan , multiple plan indeed not a single plan that could make you in bankruptcy .

This idea is precisely what lead to bubbles, people see the market going up constantly and they think they want to get some of that money for themselves thinking it will be very easy, but smart investors know this is precisely what those people are going to think and as  soon as those people come to the market then they sell their coins, crash the price and those people are now left with the difficult decision of keep holding their coins or sell immediately for a loss, and since they do not have any training and knowledge about the markets for the most part they take the wrong choice and lose most of their money to the markets, then they begin to complain that it was a scam when it was their own ignorance that caused them to lose so much money.

You are right that it requires not to be a genius for someone to buy bitcoin, hold it and then sell it at profit. But the second choice isn't a wise thing to do, IMHO. Instead of buying those low cap coins and wishes it to have 100x, invest it in bitcoin.

Hoping that you'll get 100x with a low cap coin you bought isn't bad but, you have a lower chance to see it. Bull comes to bitcoin and then it will do the same for altcoins but without a guarantee that the coin of your choice will be affected.

So, this post was made in August when the price was still on its way up so imagine people who saw this but neglected it because they were scared to invest money in Bitcoin? They will all be regretting that they never took the advice to invest. Some of them will still be confused till now as whether to invest or not, and as they are there the price keeps on increasing.

I know it will be difficult at this time because the price is high and the fall back recently from $19,000 to $16,000 will scare the hell out a lot of people. The price has started a move upwards again, maybe we might be hitting new price this year.

it is true it is not advisable to get a loan and then gamble it into trading or any kind of crypto currencies without any knowledge on what you are doing , yet you still need kind of knowledge to do some stuff when your about to risk your money it is not about the profit it is all about knowledge and learning because if you lose you don't know what to do next, Then you cannot pay your loan until you will be grave in debt and if that's happen it really hard for you to be on top again.

Some people can take that risk man, of course that's a huge gamble but if you are lucky enough you can still make a decent profit and you'll be able to pay the loan on time. We don't know what every trader or investors are thinking, if it's in my case, if I can borrow like $5000 and payable in 1 year, I would not hesitate to borrow it, but I would only invest if the market is bearish, not the current situation though.

I would say I have been involved with crypto for a long time now, been too many years, and I have never seen any year where you can be profiting this many methods in crypto before. I agree that you do not need many skills, you need some capital to work with and as long as you have that type of capital you could definitely try to find one of many ways you could make a profit from as well.

I imagine making profit many ways would be a great way to not put all your eggs in one basket which is a great advice for many investors, so you could have like 10 different methods of making money in crypto at the same time and it could be very profitable for you in the long run. Obviously you still have to be more careful but we are waaaay beyond the "buy and hodl" period of crypto.

Making loans to invest is a bad idea and if you want to invest you need enough knowledge about it so that you can research and study the project that you want to invest. Investing is not easy like what you think. You need to think and be careful because investing is full of risk. Be sure that you are really sure about the project you are going to invest. Even in crypto you need knowledge if you want to earn much bigger.

Well, yeah as much as I know the price will inflate in coming time, I hate loans even more specially when there is no proper logic behind it. I mean if you are taking loans because you have a good and no risk method to make more money with it, then go ahead and take one but if you are unsure about the outcome then it is indeed like gambling and taking loans.

Also one thing you need to understand is how much the interest is and how much the profit will be because at times you get overjoyed by a particular idea and take loans but later the profit is lower than the interest and it ends up being a bad investment.

But, you must have a backup plan because if things don't go as planned what are you going to do then? You surely don't have savings else you would take loan in first place so it becomes a very dicey situation.

Still I do feel that if one just borrows money and buy bitcoins for all the money then they will actually benefit much more because the growth is much faster than the repayment and you can easily pay out although a very risky thing to do. I would actually suggest doing that with your savings if you have any so that you are not under the pump of repayment.
