My GUI miner just creates an icon in the task bar and if I hover over it then it disappears. so I can't mine

As for cgminer I can't work it they say that there are diffrent versions but the files don't contain a .exe file so the versions that I can use are limited. My GPU is a amd radeon 7770.
Also if I try using a bat file for cgminer it either not work or it opens then closes.

please tell me how to fix my issues or give me a guide to how to mine and stuff.

A 7770 wouldn't mine a thing if you ran it for a year.  Don't waste your time, those things are too slow, all you're doing is burning electricity.
