I think holding and trading have their own difficulties. not only floating minus causing panic sell in hold, but also when floating plus sometimes we are unable to control our emotions to immediately sell it even though it has not reached the target. on the other hand trading is more difficult because we have to sell and buy at a more specific time so we don't lose the moment especially in high fluctuations

I'm an experienced holder and I can say that if you're not an effective trader then just choose the easiest. And that is to just hold while you're looking at the market at its best and worst times.
This is what's good in the crypto market, you can adjust and adapt what you're good at and there's no need for you to be pressured. If the other doesn't work for you anymore, do the other and that's how you adjust to remain and stay whether as a trader or a holder.

I have a different prespective on trading, many think that crypto trading is very easy it's just buying coin at dip and selling when it gets high.  But in reality it's very much different thing. You will be amazed to know that majority of traders are in loss (correct me if I m wrong). While hodling is matured strategy and you won't get loss if you follow this.

Trading still depends on your skills. You could do spot or even futures depending on your target profit as well as the capability of your chosen coin. Trading still depends on your skills. You could do spot or even futures depending on your target profit as well as the capability of your chosen coin. Some coins are good for long-term holding while there are also coins with high volatility which are worth trading. Things will also depend on your target time frame.

Both have risks plus yes benefits. It depends upon what you are expecting out of. Usually when you go for a trading, you at least should have enough knowledge on the market and basic analytical skills to handle it in order to take a good profit besides usual losses that everyone goes through. But yes holding as well needs the same skills to watch the market and take profits when you hold as well. Your patience is the other key element to manage both.

yeah just stay where you're comfortable to make profits, and i agree also that both is a good option as well. But for me personally i like trading than holding because when it comes trading you can see what you can do and what you cam make everyday or after week etc, which unlike holding that very stagnant and its like your waiting for nothing especially if the coin you hold isn't performing well..no thrill for short , perhaps its only for those people who don't have time to study the market.

Your point of view completely coincides with mine and that of many people, yesterday's big bang showed the role of spot trading compared to futures trading, almost all accounts in the futures market were forced to close, low leverage also cannot resist the suppression and strong onslaught of the bear market while spot trading doesn't face this forced crash, it's all about transitioning the status bar, from dynamic trading to quiet holding. There are not many successful traders around, there are only handful traders that are in profit in the long run. Majority are in loss and I m one of them that's why I don't recommend this to new one. Only old and experienced people can handle trading. I recommend HODL is best if you are new to crypto.

Because I often appear urgent needs that must be met immediately. I would prefer to day trade over hold. With daily trading I will get profit faster even though the profit will not be as big as when I choose to hold the coin. But hold takes a long time so when there is a sudden need that must be met immediately I can't fulfill it. If you don't know trading then holding top coins are best. If you have experience in trading then you can earm good profit in trading. The people who sell when it hits highs and buy when it hits lows are probably doing alot better than  Holders... Hodl just means you have to keep spending your own money to accumulate.
