It will happen to other beaches and resorts soon. We can even book a flight and ticket paying with bitcoin. We're near to all of those possibilities and it is only a matter of time when. The real application of cryptocurrencies is inevitable for purchases like this.
Who knows if Disneyland will start accepting bitcoin soon? 

It is all speaking of convenience. The modern life is encouraging the kind of technology for the better living of humanity. Some countries don't even recognise night to be time for sleeping or resting but you can choose to work at night and rest during the day light. You guys do realize that expedia accepts bitcoin right? I mean you could literally hire a driver to pick you up from home to take you to airport, take a plane out to any country you want, hire a driver to pick you from airport to take you to hotel, stay at the hotel, hire a driver to pick you from hotel to drive to airport and take a plane back home and hire a driver to take you home all paid by bitcoin thanks to expedia. That is something legit, it has been around for years now, you could always do that. That doesn't mean hotels accept crypto, that means expedia takes crypto and pays the hotels in fiat, but it still means that this has been a thing for years. I have used it myself, went to a vacation paying airplane tickets and hotel with crypto myself but I paid what I spent there in fiat.

It’s very rare to find such, in fact I have not seen any place where Ethereum or any altcoins are being accepted as a method of payment, the only thing I have been seeing is just places where bitcoin is being accepted, this is the first time I’m seeing that Ethereum is being accepted for a payment.

It’s really good that they are accepting this Ethereum as a method of payment. Other beach resorts in that country that wants to compete with them might also start doing the same thing and before you know it a lot of places will start adopting it as people gets to know more about it. This is a really good idea, and what makes it even more cool is that they are an altcoin (ETH), that really amazed me.

Well, that was really a good move for Ethereum adaption and promotion of its usage for we commonly see Bitcoin being used as a payment option but with this, Ethereum is the one being used and adapted to serve as payment option for resort accommodation. I am do also looking forward for Philippines to do the same thing since they do have a lot of beach resorts to offer which are totally beautiful and peaceful that will satisfy all our wants to get into a beach right after this pandemic. It would be so nice to see beach resorts in the Philippines do adapt cryptocurrency usage to serve as payment option for it is a one step closer to massive cryptocurrency adaption.

There could be multiple reasons for people start adopting crypto for their day to day life and being secured and being convenient must be few other reasons along with going for cashless system. Due to recent up-surge of ethereum, we can expect more number of businesses will start adopting cryptos. In my opinion this crypto space is moving inch by inch but in the right direction . I'm sure one day or another Amazon/wallmart will be accepting crypto and people will start living out of crypto for sure.

When we look into what we cannot do for crypto payment, fortunately I'm not finding any big list. Because there are many intermediate services are available these days for anyone to live out of only crypto payments. This way I'm seeing, the days of reaching mainstream adoption will not be too far.

Ethereum is money after all and already so many merchant accepting it and theres payment gateway that convert ETH to USD once the customer paid their invoice. If it means to advertise their resort and covering broader customer then adding Ethereum is a piece of cake however it's still a brave move for them to do that.

Although I am wondering if this will prosper to other companies and across different industries since the government might possibly interfere, maybe due to taxation matters or any other reason. I am just rooting for the mass adoption soon since there has been changes with number of interested individuals to crypto world since the pandemic.

It's awesome to know that institutions are beginning to see the importance of cryptocurrency and are willing to accept it as a method of payment. I know several companies that accept bitcoin, but ethereum joining is a great accomplishment for the cryptocurrency industry. This is a welcome development.  More adoption and usage of cryptocurrencies is what we desire.  I'm so optimistic that more leisure centres and other institutions will do the same.

Wow! I want to go there when the pandemic ends! This is something new you know. Being the most famous beach in Busan says a lot about how the management is influenced by cryptocurrency. I hope that other beaches or other establishments get affected by Haeundae Beach and start accepting cryptocurrencies as well. of course this is a very good choice because paying using ethereum will make it easier for everyone when you want to make transactions you don't need to use banknotes and the spread rate will be smaller because there is no direct interaction with humans and no harmful saliva splashes.

This is definitely a good thing, but even as a big ETH supporter, receiving payments in ETH would be quite a pain in the ass for now, for both, the seller and the tourist. Transaction speeds and costs are quite a sizable obstacle for broader adoption, but maybe those issues will vanish when the 2.0 is ready to roll out.

Seems the owner of that beach resort is a crypto enthusiast, good move we are slowly adopting cryptos. If I am the owner I would definitely accepting cryptocurrency as a payment maybe XRP, I prefer low transaction fee coin. 

Yeah it seems like that way. It seems many establishment are fond of doing transaction now with cryptocurrency. I agree with you, xrp is a little transaction fee so its a good crypto for private services like this. If you used bitcoin as payment it will take time to received or worse within an hour, imagine the hassle when your payment doesnt arrive yet. Cant book any rooms for hotel? Something like that. Unless the owner using lightning network for payment maybe it could be more faster.
