I saw an article about bitcoin seized from a darkweb hacker.

What will happen to the coins? Will they be auctioned ?

According to the report, it was moved based on the possibility of hacking. How will this now be auctioned when it is not seized? This really shows that the BTC owner is alive and that amount of BTC is still not lost. The address also have BCH and BSV equivalent due to the fork and the address is in existence before this fork occurred. Both BCH and BSV have their first transaction on that same day to another address, this is another indication that the address might be a target of hackers or its security details has been sold in the darkweb.

like any other asset that has a value and is seized by the law enforcement, bitcoin will also be auctioned and in that auction people can buy it at the rate that they offer and receive it in their addresses. this is not the first time and won't be the last.

Both BCH and BSV have their first transaction on that same day to another address, this is another indication that the address might be a target of hackers or its security details has been sold in the darkweb.
the government can also claim these shitcoins since they have a value and auction those too all in one bundle.
