This has been a compromised wallet since last year, 2019. It is a web wallet that hackers compromised last year. Normally, web wallets are the most vulnerable type of wallet, even, if safe to use, not still advisable and recommendable.

That was last year, 2019, May 13 and July 12. And as for me, I can not use any wallet that has been hacked before when there are good and reputed ones.

It is similar to what had happened to bitcoinpaperwallet.com where ever since it had a change of ownership it was either giving used wallet addresses or sending Bitcoin to other addresses. Like mydashwallet the website of bitcoinpaperwallet is still running and still scamming a lot of people and it is happening for several months now and I don't think the authorities will be responding to this kind of matters anytime soon. So I think you did the right job OP on informing everyone about this matter, the more people informed the less people will be victimized by this scam.

Thanks for the heads up. I generally do not recommend anyone to use an online or web wallets as most of them are either scams or participate in phishing activities. It is better to download a genuine and trusted multi-cryptocurrency wallet for free in the initial stages. Later you can move on to a hardware wallet.

Ultimately, however, it does not change the fact that Ethereum is a network that is much too slow and overpriced. Let's be honest, that can't be productive.
There are some alternatives that are much better. People just don't look for it, they use the standard.

Yes, Metamask can be helpful with these kind of websites. But it's not totally effective or really accurate.
Still, much better if we have knowledge on these kind of websites, basic understanding of some phising websites and doing a research also or even just simple google.
Metamask like extensions on browsers or any other software is just a tool, not totally will save you.
