Kraken.com - SCAM ALERT!!!

Kraken is a scam stock exchanger!! I got a Pro Level account with kraken. The account is ready for use and does not have a standard hold on it 72 hours for the first deposit because I already funded the account a few times and the hold was removed. Accordingly to the Kraken rules all future deposits are available same or next business day. And on Monday I funded my account on $260k+. When I funded my account before by small deposits Kraken released them the same day. But since Monday Kraken holds 260k and does not provide me with any support or reasons for hold. I'm involving an attorney and I will notify the forum users about result here.

I never used kraken before so Im not sure about the rules. But you mentioned a very huge money, so probably they are being strict on user with kind of deposits like that or from details of your KYC. Better to read vividly their ToS and conditions.

Thanks we appreciate for your sharing here. Having an attorney involves is necessary if your asset is something like that. Have you already talk with their support regarding this? Better to settle first with them before doing legal action together with your lawyer.

It may come from your bank network because a lot of banks don't work on Monday (Yes, you can still see offices open but the network doesn't update transactions)
Your payment would have been gone by Tuesday and since it can take 48/72 hours, it's highly possible Kraken hasn't received anything from your bank. It can happen too that it's a problem coming from their bank and they can't do anything.

Kraken is far to be a scam, it's one of the top-notch platforms around. They usually reply to support tickets the same day but perhaps they're busy (a lot of companies were forced to change the working habits) or your case needs a longer time to look at it.

The money has been posted on the Kraken account balance on Monday and yes I have talk with their support. I got a video call yesterday and I was promised the issue will be solved within 2 hours after the call passed. but they keep silence again and don't provide me with any details or additional requests. and yes its a very huge money amount and i don't feel comfortable that someone holds it for 3 days...

that is a huge amount of money. anyway, you should provide evidence and follow the scam report format(quoted below), so when your case has been proven to be valid and Kraken withhold your fund for no valid reason DT's or member can properly tag or create a flag to warn the future customer of kraken.com in this forum.

I know it hurts and sucks having to wait for several days because of shitty support but I don't think Kraken would want to scam you and destroy their reputation over 260K. Maybe give it a few more days and see if the support will respond. Sorry about what you are going through.

The money involved is big so maybe that's the reason why it is taking bit long for them. Interested on how this case will turn out. I hope Kraken will not use loopholes and makes excuses to hold your money. Sometimes they will investigate the source of that money but if he is not guilty of anything, then no worries and just wait a lil bit.

Kraken is a reputable exchange, either post in a proper format with enough evidence to support your claims, or just lock this thread and move on because nobody will help you based on your words.

Can you provide some proofs like the amount deposits etc ? The screenshot of the deposits will help us believe that whatever you are saying is right. I have heard that Kraken is one of the emerging exchanges and i can't believe they could do this, unless i see the proper evidences.
