Ethereum addresses do not change for every transaction, as individual ERC-20 tokens need to be tied to a specific address which contains ETH in order to be sent out of that particular wallet.

https://support.edge.app/support/solutions/articles/8000059534-why-does-my-receiving-address-keep-changing-
Going further talking about Eth, recently, i have created a topic looking for a wallet app for Eth that gives user the possibility to create many Eth addresses and let him swith easly between them. Unfortunetly, it seems there is no single app that provides this feature although it's a promising one.
The only option i found is creating a wallet using the Mnemonic phrase in MyEtherWallet which gives the ability to have many eth addresses, but each time you want to move from one address to another, it's required to provide again the full Mnemonic phrase.

Link to my topic:  Ethereum wallet giving multiple addresses.

That would be very hard to answer your question since you did not mention which crypto yoi are going to receive and send to another wallet. For electrum, you can install it on your phone which you can change in the settings to use only one address to receive funds, I have also use imtoken for erc20 and eth and many more.
Well, perhaps that is bitcoin.
I am using coinomi app wallet for how many years and there is no problem I got even though others have difficulties using it and many of them have technical errors on this wallet app. You can still sign the message on Coinomi with your old address upon the creation of the wallet. However, as as suggested above, I agree with the electrum wallet app. That is a very recommended wallet and the safest free wallet. Most people here don't use coinomi but if you will like multi-wallet that can store altcoin perhaps you can use this.

You can use any reputable wallet for this.
And as suggested above, disabling the "use change address" feature will do the trick. The only inconvinience is when using a hd wallet this will not stop it from generating a new receiving address when the current one has been used and you may mistakenly give the newly generated address to the sender.

To solve this, choose one of your wallet's addresses, export its private key and import it to a new wallet. This way you can rest assured that you will be always using the same address for both sending and receiving.

Hello,

I was wondering, if there is a mobile wallet that will allow me to recieve and send funds via the same recieving and sending address again and again.
The ones that I've used change address automatically everytime for the privacy and thier algorithm is specified to do so. [Used: Blockchain wallet, coinomi, edge, mycelium]
The drawback that I am facing is I am able to sign a message only once via one adress and unable to do so again since it changes.

Any or all suggestions are highly appreciated.

Thank you.
Just try electrum wallet , you will be able to have access to address, trust wallet should be on your list, especially if you're looking for a multi currency mobile wallet.
