we agreed via email that I purchase the print. I sent the bitcoins to you and then never heard back from you. This was on 24th february. I expect you to immediately ship the artwork.

You probably got scammed if it was done off site.  Did you contact here and are you sure it was the right person.  I'd always recommend using escrow to keep yourself protected.  Either way good luck.
