Bentancur banned for seven games over racial slur

If this must be true, then this assumption should have existed when Manchester United and Liverpool or others dominated the Premier League with many titles. The Premier League is the most competitive league in my opinion, but Manchester City's performance during Pep Guardiola's coaching was really hard to stop and they are a team that continues to develop.
