After that there was no doubt in my mind that they would lose to Man City and lose the lead... Arsenal have games against Chelsea, Newcastle and Brighton ahead... I don't think they can cope with those games and Man City will take the lead...

Southampton isn't a small team per say even though Arsenal were meant to win that match to secure three points before their game against Manchester City which ended with horrible concedes from the Gunners side. city now has a clear view of the title trophy in clear view as it stands. If City wins their outstanding matches they should be 4 points ahead of Arsenal and Arsenal has only five points to win the trophy and it will depend if City can lose anything below

Southampton is the team that has lost the most of the other teams they have lost 21x so far so in my opinion Southampton is a weak team and you can say a small team, but when the game against Arsenal was surprising because Southampton was able to lead first but in the end Arsenal were able to reply to these goals which ended in a draw.

Arsenal's position depends on Man City's matches, they have fewer matches than Arsenal, which has more for 33 matches, remember that every match there is always something that changes, anything can happen, but statistically, of course Man City will win trophies more easily.

I agree with you, it feels like without the presence of Varane, Lisandro and even Garnacho Man United don't have weapons that can control the situation, moreover the defense looks very fragile without coordination. hopefully next season management buys more players that ETH needs. The problem is if we have not faced the last match. That meant if ten hag had no choice other than using the available defenders right now. As you can see that if manchester united has limited defenders at this moment. Ten hag was also feeling confuse to pick the defenders.
Eriksen was just recovering from his injury. That's the main reason why ten hag was not able to give him full time play during the match against totenham. I knew if the match against totenham was really important, but ten hag had no choice.
Eriksen needs to be replaced to make sure if he will able to perform even better.

Man City will only have tough matches in the Champions League... In the EPL, they won't have any serious opponents... Fulham, West Ham, Leeds, Everton should be no problem for Man City... And by the way, it's far from a fact that if Ten Hag hadn't made these substitutions, the result would have been different - perhaps because of the hardest calendar of games, the players simply don't have the strength to play at a high pace for all 90 minutes. And by the way, I don’t see any reason to consider this result unsuccessful - United did not lose, and since they have a gigantic advantage over those who are catching up, nothing threatens their place in the top 4.

Manchester United have performed far better than last season,  I don't really blame Manchester united for their backsliding in performance in their recent games which I understand the main cause is due to injuries from their some of their key players. No matter the challenge of Manchester United right now, Manchester United had a great performance,  impressive this season. It is still  possible for them to maintain top 4 position to be in Champions league next season.
