You are right, changing coaches is natural thing that happens in team to improve the quality of playing performance, but for Chelsea can it be said to be natural thing because they always change coaches more often.
There is no real fundamental reason for what Chelsea has done regarding the frequent changes in coaches over the past few season, what is clear is that this kind of thing does not improve performance but causes decline that could be more significant.

Manchester United didn't have one of their best campaigns in the concluded season and if not that they managed to beat Manchester City in the English FA Cup final, the Old Trafford club wouldn't have qualified to play in Europe next season but with that final win, Manchester United will be playing in the UEFA Europa League competition next season.
