Yes, it's true, this is the match we've been waiting for the most. We know almost everyone favors Manchester City including sportsbooks that offer high odds on Chelsea side but as you said it's a new season with a new manager so we can't underestimate Chelsea especially this match will be played at Chelsea home, I personally can't guess who will win but I know both teams will try to score goals so we know the interesting options to place a bet on for example both teams to score Yes or total goals over 2.5 goals. By the way Aston Villa just won the match they managed to beat West Ham, it was a good game from Aston Villa even though they were the away team.

I must say that both Chelsea and Manchester City will be having a difficult start this season; playing against each other in their first EPL game of the season is not too good because as other big teams are getting three points, one of them have to manage zero point or they will both share the points if they play draw which is very possible because it will be a match between boss and his boy which is between Pep Guardiola and Enzo Maresca.

Playing at Stamford Bridge will be an advantage for Chelsea to be able to get at least a draw in the match because they know that they are not fully prepared for another season despite the signings they made, they also know how good Manchester City because Manchester City has won three and drew two in their last five matches they played against Chelsea. I will be happy if they both shared one equal point.

But gradually the performance of this team deteriorated. Arsenal could not win the title until the end.

I expected Manchester United to win easily in the first match of the season, but that didn't really happen. Manchester United had to fight hard to score goals, but I was grateful because in the end one goal from the new striker made Manchester United win. This is Joshua Zirkzee's first goal for Manchester United in an official match, I hope Ten Hag can give him more time to help the team win the next match.

Joshua Zirkzee scored a goal in his debut match, it was truly a wish come true for him. Ten Hag needs to consider playing Joshua Zirkzee as the main striker when Rasmus Højlund is injured, that's better in my opinion than playing Bruno as a striker.

Arsenal always start their season this way with very good and positive results, and I expected this match to be like this even before starting this match because I know that Arsenal are better than Wolves, so the result of the match did not surprise me. Furthermore, we all know how Arteta always starts his season with a very good performance. However, they dominated this match; they did not play. I hope they should continue this way; they have secured three points. 

Aside Manchester City getting lucky always I will say that we are the best, the kind of performance that arsenal is always displaying will show are we are always committed, when it comes to arsenal am not secured when ever we are playing but I just feel like that title we deserve it, I just hope we don't make the same mistakes that arsenal made last season because our problems started with Aston villa last season so I would not like it to repeat it self. And arsenal playing against wolves I know people will think that wolves are stubborn and might give arsenal a very tough time, when the season is just start we can not predict exactly what will happen, this period this will be different in this competition because a lot of things are going to happen so folding my hands and watching what's going to happen.

The match I’m waiting for now is between Manchester City and Chelsea. That match is going to be hot for Chelsea. Even though we haven’t seen how Manchester City's performance will be, we know them from their good work, and considering how they ended last season, I’m sure they will deliver with good results. 

Looks as if you are a Chelsea fan I will suggest you prepare your mind for the worst because you know what Manchester city can do and now that Chelsea have a new coach they still have a lot to learn so with this they can not beat city just that if they have good defense they can hold Manchester City down but winning will be hard because Manchester City performance is stable compare to that of Chelsea. Chelsea already know they will lose against the city.

Havertz made a good debut in the first match, observing one of the opening goals for Arsenal. A cool header from Saka's assist was utilized very well, that's what we need from Havertz if he is placed in the center forward position.

This season he must try even more so as not to be considered a failure for Arsenal because after all the trust and mentality given by Arteta and his colleagues has been very good for Havertz even on several occasions last season he was also always given the trust to score goals even from penalty kicks to make Kai's mentality and instincts sharpened again.

 This was the main reason I wrote them off as title challengers last season but they pretty did well after some inconsistency to become the only title challenger to Man City last season.
While they were inconsistency last season we all can agree that it was an improvement of the last 2 season where they were even considered the EPL champion before they fell off due to inconsistency and City was EPL champion.

Let’s see how things will be for them this season. Maybe Arsenal will be able to put a smile on their fans faces this season, but I am not always moved by Arsenal's early win when the season starts because I know they won’t end it well.

While I'm not a fan of Arsenal rather a rivalry fan but in as much as I hate to admit it, they are the only reliable title contenders against Man City this season since Liverpool the previous contenders has failed to do well with consistency these past 2 seasons especially last season which many of us will have to agree how they disappointingly fell off the title contenders last season.
Though I still expect team like Man United, Aston Villa and Spurs to show a sense of contending for the title to some point and also want to see how far they will go this season on contending though.

Of the 5 matches there are still Chelsea vs Man City matches and 4 matches have been completed and the results are pretty good with 2 wins 1 defeat and Man United match I consider failed. It seems that some of the matches I chose became the previous favorite and anyone who bet in this match chose 1x2 would certainly get the perfect victory. It's just that I have too many expectations that Man United match failed to get a victory and Newcastle match also failed.
Bruno Fernandes actually had the opportunity several times to be able to score a score but unfortunately he seemed less focused in this first match so that every opportunity he failed to score at least 1 score.

Well, hopefully the Man City match can beat Chelsea so that it can still benefit from my bet.

This is the second time today that I've seen a bet on corners in the Ipswich - Liverpool game. I'd like to know what the point of such a choice is? Were the odds for Liverpool to win less favorable (and it wasn't obvious)?

A good match Liverpool and as I thought they would definitely have no trouble even though they haven't brought in any new players this season. With the same squad they still seem to be able to work together well and here added with the role of Arne Slot makes Liverpool more different from the scenario.

Ipswich Town seems to have to be willing to lose points in their debut match as a promotion team and I hope they are not in sadness and quickly recover. It is indeed very difficult to face a strong Liverpool team which is also one of the candidates for the EPL title this season and I think this is an opening gift for Liverpool to face the next matches. I too, don't doubt Liverpool to win because Arne Slot also still looks fine and has no difficulty making Liverpool continue to be good. Because I think the factor of not buying new players is also proof that Arne Slot is able to maximize the potential of the players in the Liverpool squad. Therefore, at least the victory factor obtained by Liverpool in the pre-season match also gives at least a little consideration to Liverpool being able to win in their first match this season against Ipswich.

But even so, at least Ipswich also managed to put up a good fight in this match because if not, Liverpool might have won from half time. However, Liverpool also needed time until the second half to score their first goal. Apart from that, even though I also won the bet in this match, but I am quite regretbecause I was busy beforehand because I also planned to make another bet for the Handicap option. Arne Slot is not a bad coach based on the last games we saw from this coach hand he had good performance since he joined Liverpool and started working there. People are curious about Manchester City because they want to know if they are going to remain the champions like the last time and see if Chelsea has improve under the new coach that was signed after Pochettino was send packing to join US men national team but I know that this match is going to end in one way, Manchester City will win Chelsea and nothing is going to happen after that winning.

Some people are thinking that because Chelsea gave Manchester City tough time they are going to do the same but I'm afraid not because that was when Pochettino was around and Guardiola was lacking some players but right now, the two clubs looks fresh but I trust in Guardiola judgement that Manchester City are going to win Chelsea in tomorrow's match.

Do not judge a book by its cover, what I mean is that don't judge or jump to a conclusion so fast because when you have to start judging if it does not work as you judge it will hurt you. do not underestimate Chelsea's new coach because it is his first season at the club, he knows the tactics of  Pep because he's been with him for a long time. who told you that Chelsea can't win against Manchester City in the match, I think that Chelsea is capable of winning against Man City. Chelsea gave mancity a tough time because they are capable not because that was Pochettino was around or man city facing any injuries. if you are talking about injuries I think Chelsea did face more injuries than man city. so I think that Chelsea is going to win Man city at noon tommorow.

It was actually a very entertaining match day in the English Premier League and to think that it's the first game week of the season I think we have a very interesting season to ahead of us. From the first match of the day which happened to George game between Ipswich Town vs Liverpool till the last game of the day which was the game involving West Ham vs Aston Villa, I don't think we saw many surprising results. Personally, I feel the most surprising result was Newcastle's win against Southampton despite playing most of the game with a one man less as Fabian Schar picked up a red card in the 28th minute. Tomorrow, we'll watch the biggest game of the weekend which is the one between Chelsea vs Manchester City, hopefully, it lives up to the media hypes.

So faithful was Saka that he came on in the last 74 minutes to score the second goal and surely win for Arsenal. Coming into this new season, Arsenal have proven once again that they are strong and their squad is full of experienced players, but although Wolves have players in their squad, they are relatively less experienced.

On paper the best result that Chelsea can achieve is securing 1 point, even that seems difficult to achieve even though they act as hosts. Manchester City is clearly the favorite to secure full points, Pep Guardiola squad did not make many changes like Chelsea did, so it is likely that their performance will remain stable in the first match of the season. In addition, Enzo Maresca also needs time to adapt in his first season, this will be a very difficult opening match for Chelsea, but they still cannot be underestimated. This match is the best big match in the first week, it will be a big surprise if Man City loses.

It was a very tiring game to watch in the first half in my opinion, Ipswich Town fans celebrated when the first half ended in a draw, they probably thought that with the draw in the first half they were able to deal with Liverpool and were hoping to win or draw. But unfortunately for them in the second half Liverpool improved their performance a lot and caused great danger to the Ipswich Town defense in the 54th minute and 4 minutes later Liverpool could have scored a goal, but Diogo Jota was unlucky, funny thing is that 1 minute later Salah made a good assist for Diogo Jota who scored a goal and 5 minutes later Salah scored the second goal. I laughed a lot at this sequence of events.

The first half was disappointed me to see how Liverpool has not yet found their rythm. But, yeah, that's a great win for sure. Though they always had tough to play the newly promoted teams on their home turf.  And some points that must be emphasize is that if Grav looked really good, and he has stepped up in that game. Diogoal is only warming up, and he showed he has potential. Salah is GOAT in this game, and no doubt he's one of best forwarder in PL. And last, Liverpool shall extend Trent's contract. He's still performing very well today, and deserve a new contract from Liverpool.

Arsenal started the season on a high note winning their first game with a 2nil victory over Wolverhampton. I wouldn’t expect anything less from a team that almost won the league last season. Liverpool and Arsenal are the only clubs in the EPL that can be said to be competing fiercely with Manchester City for the league title. The other big names Chelsea and Manchester United are on a building project for the future. I cannot bet on Arsenal to win the league because even if they are topping the league on the last match day, they might still not win the trophy. It will be nice for Arsenal to have something to show for their efforts this season, the fans deserve it.

I’m excited that the English premier’s league resumes today Friday. I’ve been anticipating for the first match of the season and I don’t know if Manchester United can beat Fulham today.
Both sides have gotten some players to strengthen their squad and they both have expectations in  what have to be brilliant season ahead.
Every club has their goals and targets. We know the clubs going for the top 6 spot for European football, some are for the top 4, for strictly champions league football, while 1-3 of them wants the league title .

The English’s premiers league will only have Manchester City, Liverpool and Arsenal challenging for the League title. Liverpool have been an old candidate of the top 2 spot before Arsenal joined the mix, and couple with their preseason form, I think they will challenge.

All fans are looking forward to the new season with optimism to see their team become the best. Manchester City and Arsenal are always strong candidates and they have proven it in the last two seasons. But Manchester United also made some updates to their squad and I still think the Red Devils will also enter the competition. The first match against Fulham is the beginning of Rashford and his friends' journey and victory is certainly their main target. I predict that Erik Ten Hag's troops will be able to get through the opening match perfectly.

Manchester City and Arsenal are currently the two best teams in the English Premier League and in the last two seasons, Arsenal have been competing hard with Manchester City, but the third-placed team was far behind either Manchester City or Arsenal in terms of points. What has happened in the last two seasons has no chance to be reversed in the next season the competition will be between Manchester City and Arsenal in the next season as well. Arsenal are slowly improving their performances as we saw last season. Last season I waited till the last match to write the result if manchester city in the last match had been defeated somehow but in 23-24 season instead of manchester city Arsenal would have won the english premier league title. 

But I expect Arsenal to win the Premier League title next season because they have been trying to win the Premier League title for several seasons and they have come very close and lost every time.

Defensively, Arsenal had the best defense in the Premier League last season and need them to continue that form in 2024-25.
