Young players need challenge, time and patience to complete themselves and by playing with more important roles, bigger pressure, they will improve their mentality stronger with time. It's a common way for all youth players to become star and super star players in football at any club, not only in Chelsea and not only restrict to this player generation that are using by Chelsea.

Maresca is experiencing his job at a first big and rich club in his coach career. It's quite not familiar feeling and huge pressure for Maresca and he needs time to adapt to these big changes. He has bigger budget to spend for player transfers, better player resource but he also has bigger pressure from the boss. At big clubs like Chelsea, pressure is huge and they are not familiar with staying low on ranking table. Moreover, with big budget spent for player transfers and salary, boss doesn't want to wait for a long time to see success. A streak of bad results means big risk of losing your job and this pressure is on shoulders of Maresca as well as in his mind.

We can't measure the strength of a team from just one match, we have to look at it as a whole and it is undeniable that Manchester United's performance this season has not developed from the previous season even though Ten Hag has made many changes. Manchester United fans today continue to cheer and celebrate the big victory as if they had beaten a team as big as Arsenal and Manchester City yesterday, the 7-0 victory over Barnsley at this time obviously causes pride in Ten Hag squad but I think beating a team like Barnsley not should Ten Hag fielded a lot of their main players in the match, because it is difficult for Barnsley to even be able to get a draw result if Ten Hag fielded  their young players were in that match, but I think at the moment Ten Hag just wants to show for us if they are a tough team by destroying other teams with big scores and without conceding.

It's funny that some soccer analyst had started rating Man Utd based on thrashing Barnsley a lowly rated side yesterday, it's obvious when the premier league resume the same mentality of the team would continue some of which are lack of desire to win matches, poor tactical formation and poorly manage substitution, unless those issues is addressed or corrected else Erik ten Hag would continue to struggle with the team, meanwhile Fulham had to protect their first team players in EFL championship due to lack of depth if their manage plays some of his key players he may risk losing them to injury.

Actually, Man United's performance is good, but they can't maintain the consistency of their best performance, that's what Ten Hag has been a problem for a long time that has caused many problems for them.

The reason why United makes some players not that great is because they are not really getting the players to play in the systems that they are used to and at a place they are used to as well.

Manchester United isn't a club that has a system anymore, after Sir Alex Ferguson left, they tried many managers, from Ole to Mourinho to ETH, there were many managers and none of them put any culture into it. Don't get me wrong, when SAF was there they were great because for many years SAF put them in a team culture and did amazing and we should be seeing them get back to that if they can.

They can't do that with ETH because that dude is a terrible manager if you ask me, not just because of his tactics or anything but because his personality is terrible and he pushes the players under the bus anytime he gets a chance and that is why he doesn't deserve to be manager of a big club, players would hate to play for someone who would constantly put them in jeapoardy, so they would want someone else.

Agreed, and as you said, Arsenal is minimising not to lose many points. If you look at last season the difference in points with Manchester City is only 2 points, then Arteta this season must indeed focus on maintaining consistency. This is not easy especially the schedule in the Champion League requires Arsenal to be 2x more careful about the condition of their players. If you reflect on the transfer bursary this season, recruiting many players will be very useful to be able to rotate. The matter of pure strikers has indeed been a problem that Arteta has always avoided and until now in my opinion it is the most appropriate solution to catch Manchester City in points.
 

In the last 2 seasons Arsenal has always competed in the title hunt with Manchester City and has a narrow points difference but for this third season, for some reason I doubt Arsenal because I have been disappointed enough to expect too much from Arsenal even at the beginning of this season, Manchester City still looks very strong and has not lost points from the last 4 matches so if Mikel Arteta wants to win the title this season they have to beat Man City who are superior in points.

Since Erik Ten Hag joined Manchester United, I've noticed that he dislikes Jadon Sancho, and he made a wise decision to move on to another team. He even got his first assist for Chelsea. Erik Tag is a fan of Antony, and he coaches him because Alex shown that his performance in the team was excellent, and he most likely brought him to Manchester United because he is a new manager there, but he no longer performs well. But Erik still likes him, so he won't talk about the guy; he simply dislikes Sancho on the team, and I didn't see what he did to him to make him avoid him. And he first did it to Ronaldo, and now Sancho. we don't know who will be next again.

Manchester United performed admirably yesterday and made the fans happy. They dominated the game from the first half to the end, and if Manchester United continues to perform this well in the league, I am confident they will challenge many clubs and win matches and trophies, but I am not sure if the clubs are really strong, which is why Manchester United has the opportunity to win many goals in the match. Achieving 9 goals in four matches is remarkable, it shows that he can score above 30 goals this season because for him to have started this way, he will definitely score more in the remaining 27 matches.

Chelsea are lacking in defense, this has been a major problem in the team for a while. In the past windows the club has improved their midfield and attack by bringing in a number of good players in those positions and today Chelsea have a good attack and midfield combination, what is left now is to focus on their defense line and improve in that aspect. Currently in the premiership league Arsenal have the best defense judging from their performance last season and so far this season.

Chelsea has still not improved in anywhere and not only the defence too. Teams get pass Chelsea defense without encountering any obstacles and Chelsea can not score goals too as they use to do in previous seasons. A team well organized playing against Chelsea, Chelsea can not play well against them. The season is just starting and every player is still fresh and not tired yet that is what is making it look like Chelsea has improved. This season they have not had any good game that shows that they are going to be title contenders. Arsenal has been proving that they can become the league winner. Their defence is tight and their attack is sharp. Arsenal coach knows how to use his players very well and they do not only defend but also score goals and this is why they are winning their games always.

The current Chelsea problem is their strike force and defence having said this, I agree with you on this one, as a team I believe that improvement should be an alround thing, the defence, midfield and attack should be very functional for a team to perform very well, despite the history Chelsea has gotten so far, for now I will still rate them as an average team because their performance has not be proven beyond reasonable doubt, it isn't good for a football club lapses to be noticeable, at all time during a football session every team focus should be how not allow any form of leakage or penetration of your opponent to the 18 box, looking at what happened last wekend one will conclude easily that Chelsea struggled to get a winning in that match, personaly I don't see struggling to win match as an improvement rather I see winning conveniently without much stress as a success that's been triggered by a good caoching strategy and players adaptation to it.

Chelsea may be one of the major competitors of the league this season in time coming but for now the manager really got a lot of work to do in the team to make it work effectively, yea Arsenal has been an interesting side to watch this season, with their perfoamnce we can easily say that they are prepared but what they actually need is consistency, Arsenal has really fought for this particular trophy for years is just that it has always been difficult for them to maintain the lead till the end of the however let's see if there will be positive change for them this season.

Recently everything was challenging and hard for Chelsea because they couldn't get good results and still after spending too much money this team couldn't have a good performance so far during this team.

Man United's narrow victory over Barsnsley must be appreciated even though their opponent is from a division 3 club. They must enjoy this moment because this moment rarely happens and of course they must also continue to maintain this momentum to immediately rise, this is also a big capital to face Crystal Palace next week.

You mean old players in the team, if that's the case what do you have to do say about Arsenal that literally have young players span across every position in their squad. If not for even now that Arteta has improvise a little, Arsenal team has alwyas recruited young boys with ambition and ready to make record, look at what they have done under this 2 seasons despite not winning the trophy and that was when Chelsea had good squad and yet the couldn't make any move.

Maresca performance in this 4 matches is equivalent to what Pochettino has done if compare their early performance so I it will be too early to say he is doing well for Chelsea. They have to check and pass these stage so they don't sack him later for not doubt well. Maresca didn't do well along the way but was able to push in the end and yet he was sacked later and replaced by another person. We need time to make a better judgement.
