This game is going in a surprising way, Arsenal likely going to defeat Manchester City at their home soil, not only that ,but this victory will be a significant one, which will put Arsenal football club on top of the premier league table this very week. This season so far is becoming another super interesting just as what started happening towards the end of last season league, which saw the big teams switch their position in the league table almost each week. Arteta and his men has done incredibly well in this match, which the team is becoming more formidable as the season progresses.

This absolutely brilliant performance from the Gunners at Etihad stadium in the north London derby.  It's been a really amazing day for Gunners, watching two defenders recording a goal on the scoresheet is definitely an winning ticket for the away team. Mikel Arteta have built the confidence of the team and we know the exceptional odds for Arsenal particularly against Manchester City. The referee, Michael Oliver have just issued out a second yellow card to Leandro Trossard. This ruined everything for Arsenal, everyone complained and shown frown faces, watched Mikel Arteta closely, he's not happy with the new development, he will put in more defensive tactics in the second half.

 

Our performance was just amazing just during the first half and I almost lost faith in Arsenal because I was not comfortable with the performance they are playing their pattern the second half just changed my mood Because of the red card and now Manchester City is going to looking for chances to equalize the second I just hope we can manage the game till it ends because we can not afford to lose this game when we have come to this far to be losing now but my heart is more confident that we are going to be winning this game for sure and my belief in Arsenal have been reassuring. The red card issued is not a serious offense they are just looking for ways to destabilize our game. And the way we are keeping up with this game is what is given me joy.

Manchester City thought they could trash us and take advantage of the red card but it is now a different situation. And even with the seven minutes extra time given we have already won this game for sure I so much happy thank to the goal scored by magalhaes  it would have still be 1:1 am loving how things are turning out to look like in the Premier League.

We all know Macshter United's coach, Ten Hag. Ten Hag made many mistakes in this team, and he caused them to lose many games during the last games. But he was not guilty of everything that happened to them because sometimes Manchester United's players had bad performances, and sometimes they just had injured players.
Now the good news for Manchester United is about their player, Mason Mount. He just played in 8 games in the last season but got injured for a long time. They didn't say when Mason Mount is going to be back in the good form but now it seems he is going to be ready until the end of September.
 

We cannot always completely blame Erik ten Hag even though he is responsible for everything. Because the problem of player injuries and several blunders that are often made by the players in this squad must also be a concern. But as a coach, Erik ten Hag must also be able to encourage his players to develop for the better. but at Man United we see that the players don't seem to have improved at all. And sometimes what happens is the opposite, namely that they experience a decline in performance.

But there is good news now ahead of the match against Crystal Palace. namely because the two players who were absent due to injury seem to have now recovered and can strengthen the team again in the match against Crystal Palace. And yes, they are Mason Mount and another one is Rasmus Hojlund who has been absent since pre-season. You are right and we cannot blame Ten Hag for everything that happened in Macnshter United. He is definitely trying to do his best for the team to get better results and improve the team but was not successful so far. However we cannot forget the time before they hired Ten Hag for Manchester United, they had harder days and they had worse performances with any coach they had while Ten Hag helped them to stay in the top side of the Premier League however he spent too much money in Manchester United but he was not lucky because they player he bought were not in the good form and as you already sad Hojlund is another example of these players.

There was no winner in the most important match of the week. I can say that the match was exciting. Haaland scored the first goal for City, but Arsenal closed the first half 2-1 up with a goal in the dying minutes. After Trossard was sent off late in the first half, Manchester City were in complete control of the game. Despite pushing so hard, Manchester City managed to get a draw, albeit a difficult one, with a goal in the dying minutes.

What a perfect time for Calafiori to score his debut goal. And Gabriel never cease to amaze me. Let's just enjoy the second half and see how things unfolds at the final whistle.

The goals scored by those two players were great goal and I really enjoyed how they took the lead after Haaland’s first goal. The goal by Gabriel can be attributed to defense error but since it’s a corner kick, and the defender marking at the time was not that tall as Gabriel, it was easy for him to score the header. Califiori did well to score such a nice goal for Arsenal for his debut goal.

I thought Manchester City would win the Match because their pressure at the first half was much but I also know that Arsenal would not allow Man City to win them. And now Arsenal is leading the game and I strongly believe that they will defend this goal till the end of the match. And that how a reputable team supposed play. And not open the defence area for the opponent to penetrate and scored goals. Man would have protected the goal but couldn't. And right now Arsenal all the way.

Manchester City have equalised in the final minutes and that was a painful equalizer for all Arsenal fans. Football is really crazy. I commend Arsenal to hold on to the pressure of the game for a whole 45 minutes of the second half, they deserved to be applaud for that. Arsenal defenders especially their goalkeeper did a very great job to keep them ahead till the extra time of the game. Arsenal should have gone top of the table if they’d won today but the draw made Manchester City to be at the top the end of the match.

Arsenal again shown their strength from corner kicks and Gabriel scored another goal for them. I really believed that Arsenal will win this match because Manchester City lacked of idea for attacks in the second half.

But surprise came at very last seconds, from a corner kick, they equalized the match but it's a super intelligent corner kick then a key pass from Jack Grealish. Arsenal has reasons to feel disappointed after nearly successfully to defeat Manchester City in this direct match. It is an exciting match till the very last minutes but I would feel happy if Arsenal win this one. It's better for Arsenal and for Premier League in general too.

This would have been Arsenal first victory at Etihad since 2015. They would have also broken the record of winning the first 5 games of the season for consecutive 5 seasons. John Stones rose up to the occasion to give City a point at home against Arsenal. Kudos to Arsenal, they really tried their best in the game. They can walk away a happy team.
David Raya deserves to be the Man of the match in my opinion.

This result extends Man City unbeaten record, a very entertaining and tense match. In the second half, Arsenal really defended because they lost 1 player. Continuously pressed, the result clearly made Arsenal unable to get out freely. David Raya played amazingly in this match, some brilliant saves he made deserve appreciation. Arsenal were under pressure throughout the second half. There were not many chances for them to escape from Man City's pressure. David Raya was very good, 33 shots by Man City players certainly made him work hard today.
Arteta's strategy in the second half almost succeeded in maintaining the lead. All the players played a strong defense and Haaland didn't have many chances in a game like that. A great game, a tiring game for both teams. A deserved draw for both teams, and I think all the fans enjoyed the game. Full of tension.

I must say that Arsenal tried their best in thos match as I never expected Arsenal to be able to draw the match. It was on the last minute of extra time that City was able ro equalize the second goal after so many endless effort.

City begged for draw and I believe that Pep will be very happy that it was not a defeat at hone but a draw game. Arteta have understood City game pattern and that really helped him a lot today because his men did very well.

A brilliant display from the gunners. Defending an entire 45min against pep is crazy. They where so close to securing all 3 points and breaking that long term poor record against city at the etihad. There is always a second leg, so I feel they stand a better chance to winning that. Playing without their key midfielder today was really felt. I actually predicted a draw, but wasn't even expecting 2 goals each. As for trosaard's red card, well I think it was deserved, because the whistle sounded before he even attempted to kick the ball. his reflex was just too high at that moment, or maybe he didn't even hear the referee before hitting the ball. But the most disappointing thing is that, this type of rule doesn't apply to other teams/games, in the sense that, we can have a player in a game kicking a ball to delay time, but won't be shown a card. So what I feel is that the referees should be more consistent, rather than just having one team or group of teams falling victims for this. And arteta also needs to caution his players. Good job from both side.

The match ended with a score of 2-2, Arsenal who continued to try to defend after a 2-1 lead and also lost one player in the match managed to hold Manchester City until the 90+7 minute, but unfortunately they were unable to keep save the victory that had been in front of their eyes after the crisis that occurred in front of the Arsenal goal was able to be used well by the Stones to score an equalizer,  To be honest I didn't think Arsenal would have been able to win that the game previously, but it turned out that they were able to show a very strong mentality today even though they failed to get full points in today game, Manchester City did manage to avoid defeat at the Etihad Stadium today, but I think Arsenal have won everyone hearts today with their toughness againts manchester city, Seeing what happened throughout the second half, it is appropriate for Arsenal to thank Raya who continues to be agile in repelling every Manchester City attack.

Manchester City and Arsenal gave us quite the match. Arsenal have grown this season, Arteta is raising a team that is going to fight to the finish. Arsenal blocked Erling Haaland for the entire 45 mins and were able to withstand the attacks from Manchester City until just that final moment. Just few seconds away, John Stones leveled things up for Manchester City. I think Arsenal and their fans should be proud of what they did today.

Arteta’s Terrorist-Ball thwarted deep in injury time. I really dislike Man City but was glad to see them equalise late on. Arsenal play some of the most negative football I’ve seen, a bit like Simeone’s Atletico. If they win, football loses. They waste time, feign injury, cheat, horrible team in the image of their creepy little manager.

2-2 is ironically a good result for my team, Liverpool. We are in 2nd and one point behind Man City. Rodri looks like he may have a bad injury, that could badly affect them.

Arsenal has always been so amazing, there match today remains the most toughest match of  the day, actually i was very excited to see how the both teams was so resistant to each other's, ones again Arteta has shown some good level of strategic planning against Pep Guardiola and it has been a while they have had any defeat from Manchester City, is actually so good seeing a club to be so much determined even after conceiving a goal.

However if it was other clubs immediately they conceive a goal there fighting spirit would have been very weak but on the contrary after Haaland score the early goal for Manchester City it was as if they triggered Arsenal because it was from there they develop there strength and they breakthrough Manchester City defense and equalize, so after that, the game became more balance but they managed to use the annoyance to score there second goal before the first half finishes but the saddest thing for them this match was the two yellow card Trossard had because it made them to start playing with short one, actually if Arteta had known this will happened he would replaced Trossard before that time.

So painful indeed because the effort Arsenal team put in just to maintain the lead is well commendable, I am very proud of our defenders, they were able to steal a point away from home against Manchester City.
No one to be blame for the goal because all the players give their best in the match, but have to give special thanks to Arsenal goalkeeper David Raya, he is so confident and he give the team extra confidence because they all believe in him; he made so many saves because Arsenal in the second half are no longer making any attempt to score goal again, the main aim was not to lose and it ended in a draw.
Not a bad result for the gunners but it’s painful  because I want the three points.
I think this performance has justified how well prepared Arsenal for the season and I am sure if they will improve in their coming matches because Arsenal has almost played their difficult games of this month.

It is very unfortunate that in this match Trossard was given a red card, this adds to the series of things that are detrimental to the Arsenal team squad. Talking about the City versus Arsenal match, I did not expect Arteta to change the pattern he applied. Clearly, he rarely does it. Referring to the course of the match, as predicted, City will dominate the match. Especially, in the second half after Arsenal played with 10 players. Initially I was very happy if Arsenal were able to turn the score 2-1 for Arsenal. However, after that Trossard was given a red card for being considered wasting time.

Entering the second half, City really locked Arsenal down and made sure they controlled the ball. Based on statistics, City had 88% possession of the ball. While Arsenal, only 12%. Even so, I am still happy because Arsenal was leading 2-1, before John Stones destroyed the victory that Arsenal almost had. Just imagine, in the last minute 90+8, City was finally able to equalize. What can I say, both teams had to share points in this match.

The pressure is still too much on Arsenal and I am beginning to doubt if they can hold this for another 15 minutes. They are almost playing a 6-3-0 strategy, and David Raya is almost on duty every minute. But Mikel Arteta knows the game well and always puts forward his players anytime they have chances, like free or corner kicks. Pep Guardiola is also a master of this game and will keep pushing up until they get a goal. He has sent in John Stones and Jack Grealish to replace Kyle Walker and Savinho to keep forcing the attack. Arsenal players deserve to be celebrated if they can hold this lead till full-time. Almost everybody around me doesn't want Manchester City to win this match because they need a new champion in the EPL.

Wow!! You said it, they had finally scored their second goal to equalised with Arsenal. J. Stones has done it for them. Any team that can face Arsenal like this is a strong team because since the start nof this tournament or season, Arsenal has been on top. And really they are good. And when a team is good like this, it shows that the management is also good. And what saved Chelsea most today was their Goalkeeper. David Raya saved 9 shots and is high number to be precise. Just like Arsenal escaped loss today.Leandro Trossard even got red card today. Pep Guardiola is also a good coach because the way Man City plays is encouraging and Mikel Arteta is also good for coaching his boys. Many people that followed me to watch the Match bet on sure game against Man City but the game didn't favour them.

My goodness, I don't know what or how to describe the performance of the Gunners, I have never seen Arteta's men come out with this wonderful display even with the red card, for ones Pep Guardiola found pressure around him. Things we expected from Manchester City after the red card never happened, I was expecting the Citizens to brutalize the Gunners and even score up to 3-4 goals but the Arsenal team stood their ground and make things hard for City, but it all had to end with that late equalizer from the substitute Stones. Nice game from both side. I believe whenever Arsenal finds themselves in a situation like this (with a man down) they're going to handle it well and even come out victorious, this is a learning process for Arteta and his men.
