I am neither a Manchester city fan nor an Arsenal fan, but the match between Manchester City and Arsenal that ended in draw was not pleasant to me. I feel that football isn't fair to Arsenal. Arsenal deserved 3 points and I strongly feel they were robbed or football isn't fair with the.

We could say it's football, but I really felt bad at Trossard's second yellow, followed by a red card. That is not a type of match to be giving uncertain yellow cards. This was just a good win for Arsenal but it's unfortunate it didn't happen.

A good time to end City's dominance of the EPL. It's funny how Manchester City might get the title again this season.

Both teams are very strong but being a Man City fan I was supporting them and I hoped they could win the match.  Although both sides put a lot of effort into the match, their reputation depended on winning this match. Winning a match against a weaker team is not much fun but it is much more fun when you win a match against a team that is equally strong or stronger than yourself. If man city had won the match, they would have been more 3 points ahead of the other competitors. And this would have helped them hold their first position more strongly. But unfortunately the match was a draw

It is just obvious that Rodri doesn't know what he is saying. From the very beginning of Arsenal's game, they always play defensively and when they are with the ball they also attack with the same energy. What Arteta boys are doing is that when they have the ball they go for a goal and when the ball is against them everyone falls and defends. The reason for doing that is not because they want a draw game is because their pattern is to concede fewer goals and secure the chances of winning. Through set piece and counter attacks.

I am happy that Pep has seen that Arteta is improving his squad steadily and that was the tension that Arsenal put on him yesterday even with a man down. The red card was what spoilt the match yesterday if not I am sure that City will not be able to win Arsenal.

If Arsenal can have a winning mentality this season and keep to their consistency Manchester City might be disappointed that they will not be able to win the league. But currently City is currently topping the table and any that still gives them a good advantage over Arsenal on winning the league.

Arsenal really tried in that game, playing with 10 men against a big club like Manchester City and not losing is not easy, not every club could do that.

It would have ended as a match with an intensive drama, but Arsenal by going all defense in the second half messed the game up. The strategy was poorly formed, not even a striker was outside the 18 yard box to try a counter attack. Why wouldn't they try to attack Man city?  Those moment the gunners decided to defend their goal, I knew it'll end up a draw.

I understand what you're trying to say but Remember that they were playing against Manchester City not any other club but Manchester City with one man down so paying defensively is the best thing they did cause if they had come out to try score another goal or attempt a counter it would had lead to an error and give City more chance to equalize and score another goal, playing one man down against City and ending with a draw is not bad at all, remember it's Manchester City, the best club in the EPL currently not Tottenham or one of those low table clubs in the EPL so my take is that Arsenal really tried to atleast grab a point, since they couldn't win the game and if they had played with all 11 players in the complete 90mins, then chances are that they would've scored more goals or maintained the 2-1 they played before Manchester City equalized, atleast a draw is better than losing and the blame should be on the referee for a wrong call instead of Arsenal players.

It's too early to guess who will win the trophy as it's only the start of the league season and there are many surprising matches ahead.

But I'm still curious how Man City vs Liverpool will be owned by the new manager Arne Slot, I will not consider yesterday's defeat bad it was just unlucky for Liverpool but when they meet this will certainly be a fierce match and it could be Liverpool stopping the dominance of Man City's victory, who knows right because seeing Liverpool's current performance is quite good.

I expected that this was going to be a straight win for man city even though I knew arsenal was coming into the game with a totally different mentality than they've played with against other teams. After the late red card, the natural thing I thought would happen is that is will be a devastating one for arteta but he handled it in a good way. From What arsenal has succeeded in doing, it will be deficult for any other team to do that against man city. Even Liverpool can't draw man city comfortably with thier complete men on ground not to talk of playing with a man down and saka even subbed off. Since arsenal defense was strong and man city couldn't move past it, had it been they brought in foden earlier enough he would have helped made attempt to shoot more from distance since he has good goal scoring record from a distance. This is the latest information on the 28yo Spanish midfielder. He is set to be out of the season since the injury on his knee is serious. I would say he is a very important player in Manchester Coty, his absence may be felt if at all not in all matches but we all know what he is capable of doing. Rodri has the power shot outside of the 18-yard. By my speculation, if he had been in that match in the second half I would have seen a goal from him because I trust his accuracy.

No doubt Gundogan is a good player and he can fill in the space of Rodri in his absence. Much will be expected from Gundogan because the one who have held that position has done extraordinarily.

Arsenal managed to hold Manchester City to a draw even though they lost 1 player in at the end of the first half and they started the second half with only 10 players I think this is a fair result for both of them because they are equally strong this season but I have to admit Arsenal's defense is quite strong even though they don't dominate the ball much compared to Manchester City but the Man City players looked very frustrated because the match was very fierce even Arsenal had a 2 goal lead in the first half but in the end Manchester City scored the final goal created by John Stones and finally managed to get 1 point.

I was totally blown away away by the team’s performance yesterday, it shows how much the boys are hungry for success as much as to stop Manchester City’s dominance against them. With Odegaard’s absence I expected a different game strategy but Arteta surprised everyone, he started Calafiori and Timber together in the wings. Arsenal were unbelievable strong, it’s really unlucky that they couldn’t secure all three points.

What Arteta said was true, with 10 Arsenal players defending tirelessly, maintaining the compactness in the defense line so that I appreciate Arsenal for being able to survive throughout the second half even though in the final seconds they had to concede a goal, in fact we can see Manchester City dominating the match without giving Arsenal a chance to attack but the pressure after pressure was difficult to penetrate the defense indicating that Arsenal was extraordinary. Yes, Both teams played well in this match and goals were equal at the end of match and match was draw.  I was supporting Arsenal  Football team but that team defenders could not defend the football in last minutes and they are cause of draw match because before that, they were very close to win. J. Let's see how the league goes because I don't see Manchester City not playing like they did last season, and anything can happen before the end of the season; they might draw or lose some games, and Arsenal will have opportunities to top the league table. Guadiola is an extremely essential coach for Manchester City, and I doubt they will find a better coach if he departs the club. The EPL has always been a very competitive competition and everyone has acknowledged that. However, regarding the competition at the beginning of this season, it has actually happened a long time ago and teams like Arsenal and other popular teams have actually always had extraordinary performances but since Man City had Haaland and Guardiola, everything has changed and Man City has always succeeded in leading the EPL at the end of the season. So no matter how strong the competition in the EPL is as long as Man City still has Guardiola and some of its mainstay players, the EPL title will still be dominated by Man City at the end of the season.

That's the point, assuming this was a cup it would have been a smart tactic, but it's a league, and not just the middle of it, the beginning of the season. Arsenal wouldn't have made a better appearance in the game with all defense. Placing Strikers in the midfield for counterattack could have helped the game a lot more than it ended. If Arsenal lost the game it wouldn't be a bad thing, than risking the health of their players including the goalkeeper who got tired out from saving hot shots.

In addition, defending is very strength consuming, and if Arteta placed attackers on man city's defense, the match may have been the strongest game of the season. Notwithstanding that they may have lost the game.

Yesterday's game was filled with so much actions, the heat was so much for the players of both teams, the managers including the fans. So much happened on the field of play, Trossard with the red card in the closing part of the 1st half, Rodri with the injury and Stones with the equalizer that gave both teams 1pt each to settle with. This rivalry is one of the best in EPL if you ask me, is even more interesting than the Manchester derby.
Let's take a look at what happened yesterday with the player Rodrigo Hernández Cascante who sustained an injury that took him out of the clash against Arsenal after returning few weeks back. We all know Rodrigo Hernández Cascante is the engine room of Manchester City and he has been consistent in the EPL since joining the side both in goals and assist, he has been doing those very well and whenever he's not in the game Manchester City struggle in that midfield.
With Rodrigo out of the season due to the injury he sustained yesterday is Manchester City going to feel his absence ? Can they be as active as they used to be when Rodri is present? How are they going to manage without Rodri, get a replacement in the January transfer or play with the players they have?🤔

I think Arsenal were really underestimated before going into that game, everybody thought that Manchester city were going to trash Arsenal mercilessly but it didn't happen. Manchester City had possession of the ball but Arsenal had their eyes on goal they wanted to take all 3 points but the game took a different turn when Trossard was shown the way out after being shown a red card for committing a foul and Manchester city took advantage of the situation by pressing on until they got a late goal that forced both sides to settle for a draw, it was indeed a wonderful showdown which could also determine the title race as the season progresses.
