As a manager if you don't know how to manage your squad it's going to be a very big problem. Just look at what happened to Rodri last weekend. Rodri was still recovering from injury had it been that Manchester city gave him more time to rest he wouldn't have gotten another injury. Now that Rodri has been injured again, he is left with just limited options and he can't risk that for a league cup that's not really considered as a trophy at the end of the season. He had to look at the academy players so that they will develop confidence in playing. Sure Guardiola is definitely going to be fielding more academy players in the cup matches and reserve his main squad for the premier league and champions league matches, as there are many games to be played. If Guardiola fielded his main squad yesterday it would have been a big risk because any of them could pick up injury.

Chelsea have many star players who are smart to work with many coaches and adapt to different tactics. Coaches are like players, with good and bad performances, because nobody can maintain a stable good form for a long time. Chelsea is a club with impatience to their coaches and they can quickly fire their coaches after several bad matches.

They succeeded and won titles but this management style won't help their clubs too much in long term and it costs them more money to pay contract break fees to coaches too. They need to change their strategies in working with coaches in future.

It's clearly spotted out because Enzo Maresca is gradually building an army of formidable players, we're talking about players that have full potential and confidence with the ball and having priority to executes ultimate goals for the Chelsea. Further, the Blues exceeds maximum amount to spend on players but it's currently been controlled following the instructive measures enacted by the team's board. I agree with you on this, although there is a bit improvement in Chelsea but that doesn't mean that Chelsea has fully got it right, the season is still fresh though for now one can easily give kudos to Chelsea because of their recent performance, we all saw what happened last weekend between Chelsea and westham t think that's what Chelsea fans and the management has always wanted, a winning without much struggle or stress, I think such peak ships be maintained by the team, yea, I have said it severely that Chelsea is lacking major things that needed to be fixed urgently, they lack a good defence and striking propellers which is the major engine room of a football club, though we have seen them winning some couple of matches this season, there still work needed to be done in the Chelsea team, yea they tried last weekend not to alow any goal in their net but it is obvious that if they play experience teams they may not scale through if their midfield is been over powered by the experienced contenders.

I think it has gotten to the extent of praising the new manager yet or calling him an excellent match for Chelsea team because we have seen some managers having good history before they arrive at Chelsea's but started floping after few months or after one easons in Chelsea, for me I believe that everything about coaching should be practical, though Chelsea have won few matches with the help of the manager however am not saying the wining may not continue but until then we can confidently say the coach is an excellent one for the club.
