I went to the site and you are somehow sad. There is nothing on the site that could interest me.




No welcome bonuses, no promotions, no tournaments. There is nothing. You are missing out on important things to advertise your casino and attract a larger audience. 

They are running signature campaign but it wont be effective to gain more players if there is no attractive offers on the site. If I'm the owner, I'll spend the funds for promotions first instead of signature campaign (if I have to choose one). Obviously, running both campaign and promotion at the same time will be better. Lets wait, perhaps they have a big plan for players in the near future.

I also noticed that online users. I don't know if they are bots or real players since there's only 12-13 players I've seen on their casino. Well I think it's good not to fake it beside you can hire admins to manage the chat box and give free coins by being active but still we're not sure if they're bots or what.

Is that a stat for online users? It is indeed now over 650 but less than 15 are actually betting there.
I think it is not a stat for online user but it is a number of total registered players, I can be wrong ofc so lets the OP clarify it.
It is just too big difference if the 650+ is a number of online users but less than 15 are betting.

Do you think we are dumb? The website is made by yourself, is not from the government and is 100% fraud. The certificate was put together by yourself and again this is also pure FRAUD 100%.
Costa Rica does NOT have any gambling licenses.
The site http://costaricagamingauthority.com/ is FAKE.
It was created by you with a fake domain.
Do you realize that you can go to prison for this kind of fraudulent practice? If you don't have a license, just don't publish anything.
You are allowed to run an operation from Costa Rica, but stop with fraud and stop publish fake gambling certificates and fake domains.
 But this is 100% pure fraud. If the local authorities get wind of this and start an investigation, you have a big problem and you end up in jail.
People who deposit money here will not see it again.


Everybody who is wearing their signature is indirectly also guilty to promote a fraudulent site with illegal services with fake certificate.

They copied the official site from the government of Costa Rica, which is http://www.mjp.go.cr/

Now, they copied the complete site and create a fake domain: http://costaricagamingauthority.com/
THe sites look identical, but the second site is copied and fraud. The put their fake license in this domain, smart, but not smart enough.
If you click on a link in their fake site, it will redirects to www.mjp.go.cr, so people will think it is valid, but its not, its illegal.

Costa Rica used to be popular among gambling operators especially in the first years when online gambling boomed. Why? Because they don't have laws when it comes to online gambling. Well, I will try to give some examples below as well as a few facts. Been in the industry for over a decade, having reviewed literally hundreds of online casinos and some things I am reading here are complete BS.

- Fact is, a "Costa Rica Gaming Commission" does not exist!
- Fact is, numerous online casinos pretend to be licensed by some Costa Rica Gaming Commission that doesn't even exist - goes to show a lot about such an operator's trustworthyness...
- Fact is, casinos claiming to have a Costa Rica Gambling License, actually operate under licenses for data processing.
- Fact is, the above mentioned business license costs $5.000 to set up, a $5.000 license renewal fee annually and another $500 for legal stuff and anyone can do this
- Fact is, nobody oversees actions by a so called gambling business that pays these fees, that's all that matters to the state
- Fact is, with such license, an offshore merchant account has to be used for transaction handling
- Fact is, there are no gambling taxes to be paid if going the above mentioned route

- SUPER BIG FACT is, a site claiming to be licensed by any sort of Costa Rica governing gaming body (all fictional, again, there is no such thing!), can't be trusted and you should stay away, far far away!

Yes Efialtis, you are completely right.
There are many new sites who want to operate with their casino with a company based in Costa Rica. They will just operate with a business license.
This license is as good as open a chocolate shop, but can also be used to open an online casino.
Personally, I do not have any problems with that. My statement that I always write about Costa Rica that you have to be carefull with playing in these casino's, since an offical gambling license does not exist.
It is a cheap and easy solution to start, everybody has their right to do it. But what bothers me a lot, is that this company claims to have an official gambling license, which is photoshopped.
They create a fake domain, copied the entire website and ocntent from the official government from Costa Rica, and put their image on their own webserver, trying to make it look real.
If you ask me, this is pure fraud!
