If it takes the SC 8 years to sift through all the data, only to find that Trump won after all, Trump might remain in office for 8 more years awaiting the SCOTUS decision. If the SC says he won, then he has to fill out his winning term from 2020 as adjudicated by the SC.

The real point is, even if Biden won, Biden didn't really win. Consider. Biden could hardly carry a debate mentally, and constantly made loads of mistakes in his thinking and speaking in his rallies. On top of that, if there was all kinds of election fraud - like the Electoral College delegates being privately threatened with death if they didn't vote for Biden - Biden STILL didn't win.
You watch. In the months to come, if Biden is truly set in the Presidency, he will be mentally adjudicated to be incompetent. He will be removed, and VP Harris will take over. This means that Communism will be here at the heart of our Federal Government formally.
It's time for the people to do several things. Among them are convincing the Senate and House with recall if they don't buckle down and remove the President's Communistic activities. A second is to strengthen the State Governments in ways that make private property the strength throughout America. The point is that the people need to learn that the whole operation of our country is based on private property that is even hands-off to the government. Communism is just the opposite... all property belongs to the government, and the government simply allows people to use some of it as government sees fit.
The people need to start using the courts to take the power away from government officials who are strapping the people with laws that take the property of individuals away from them. Most people are so dense that they can't even see their property going bye-bye, even though they feel that something is not right.

They ignore his cognitive and physical decline, along with signs of early Parkinson's disease — making him physically and mentally unfit to serve.
They also suppressed Harris' disturbing prosecutorial record before elected US senator.
Calling herself a"progressive prosecutor" is polar opposite reality, a figure one-sidedly serving injustice over the other way around.
Together they comprise one of the most disturbing duos ever chosen by Dems to be standard bearers — figures warranting no voter support.
