Hi all!
I have a token that I bought by millions from someone after the project seemed to be dormant and was not performing well though it is listed in some exchanges but it has no volume and in some exchanges very few trades recorded. A few days ago when I checked my Metamask wallet, Metamask records its value on some days up to $2. But when I check it on Etherscan its value is still $0. I know Metamask and Etherscan use different sources to pull prices. Is this token really worth anything? I was about to dump it to anyone at whatever price but now I am puzzled why Metamask shows such a high value. I bought several millions of this token for less than $20. Any ideas please? The token is PesaPepe (PEP). Token contract: 0x61630fd1f65a7b72af8e9faa6e2646080131f501. In the image I have attached is one of my accounts in Metamask where I have stored 150 PEP tokens. You can see the value in USD. If anyone has a Metamask wallet I will send 25 tokens to ten wallets so you can check if what I am seeing according to Metamask is right. Please then let me know here with a screenshot of your wallet.

It was on coingecko but was paused after it had no trading. The website is also down. You can find it on saturn.exchange among other exchanges. Just google it. No out transactions?? Have you checked the number of wallet holders on etherscan? |

Have you checked the number of wallet holders on etherscan? I have been in crypto since the early stage of bitcoin and I joined ethereum after its invention. I live in Africa and was interested in PEP project as it started an educational move into cryptocurrency, something that is not well known in the continent. I had interviewed several university students in the year 2009 and to my amazement none of them knew what is bitcoin, even the computer science students. When this project came into existence it sparked my interest. |

I think this is just a fake price at CoinGecko. Not every token in exchange price is same with CoinGecko price. I have token too in my wallet, that price is huge in CoinGecko but that token aren't listed at Exchange. |

 It's been since 2018 but only a few members of the telegram group?, website is dead, delisting on coingecko (inactive) I think this project has potential to be a scam and also 100% it can be said failed project. |

From your explanation and in the previous comments, many had shown that PEP is a scam one, their is nothing to be frighten about, which exchange is PEP listed for trading and at what price it is despite low volume and volatility.
I have experience such in Bazooka token which shows an unexpected amazing value in etherscan but can't sell due to low volatility but the price actually pumped up. Check if PEP is currently dislisted from the trading exchange.

Why are you still dealing with tokens that don't have any potential, even if the project is dead because I saw most transactions were done 500 days ago, I advise you to forget about it
