Both wallet dont go with each other cause Bitpay seems not to support the importation of electrum seed phrase but visit Which wallets work best for a BitPay payment? Which wallets are compatible? In the suggested wallets part wish says "You can use any of the popular Payment Protocol-compatible wallets below to pay a BitPay bitcoin (BTC) invoice. If you don't have one of these wallets yet, simply create a wallet (please use the most up to date version) and send some bitcoin to it. "
Watch the Youtube video.

Can anyone explain to me how can I "connect" my mobile Electrum Wallet to my Bitpay mobile wallet, in order to load my Bitpay debit Mastercard???
What do you mean by "connect"? If you can't import seed from Electrum to Bitpay then there is no synchronisation that can be made between the two clients.
Simply send your funds in Electrum to your BitPay wallet and you are good to go.

BitPay is a payment gate. This article describes the supported wallets to pay BitPay invoices and not to connect with the wallet itself.

I also make use of the BitPay wallet and you can’t link an Electrum wallet to a BitPay wallet. The only wallet that can be linked to a BitPay wallet is the Coinbase, and it’s not really Coinbase wallet, rather you will be linking your Coinbase account to be able to deposit and withdraw from your BitPay wallet. That’s the only thing you can do with BitPay and nothing else.

If you want to load your card, and you have money in your Electrum wallet, then you should money to your BitPay address and then load your debit card. There is no other way you can do that, because it doesn’t work the way you think

He dont need to send fund from electrum to Bitpay before he load the debit card he want to and what I mean is that he can use Electrum wallet to pay any bitpay (BTC) invoice. All he need to do is in the Youtube video which youll see in the bitpay link I provided.

I know that.

Although Electrum is my go-to wallet, be wary of using older version of the wallet and always get your update directly from electrum.org
A user recently lost $16 million when a pop up from a scammer asked him to update his electrum wallet which led to his funds being stolen.

That story had no proofs but the claim from a github profile user that he lost using an old suspecious version of Electrum. I can't believe that someone who owns $16 million would fall in such a dumb mistake. However, it is always recommended to install client from official sources and always check the signature.
