I want to share one very ugly and stressful experiance that includes bitcoin, and something else.

My name is JJ, I am from one small European undeveloped country, I wanted to share the story I lived that cost me quite a lot(to me Cry ). Trough Instagram I met one dude that provide certain services I meant are legit. Cost of those services are 50euros (don't have euro sign on keyboard...)  He told me I need to send him those 50euros on blockchain and all that so he can buy some engine that can generate bitcoins and make me back 1000$. It sounded amazing, a bit too much but what I could. It was june when all started, i knew the start of 3rd grade of high school is coming and I needed some money for my clothes and books(cuz I was wearing clohes that my mum bought me when I was 7th grade...). My dad found me a job and worked on that job about month and a half and finally earned that money. I was very happy, and then problems started again. I had problems with stuck money that in blockchain.com Trading Wallet(from where i couldn't send it) maybe you saw that ticket where a lot peoples helped me out and I am gratefull for that a lot. I though that money will never see daylight I also had a headache, I was right but not in that way. After week and half money was in normal Bitcoin Wallet so I could start it. He said  after 1h he can send me that on PayPal, I was waiting and then email arived, where it said I need to pay fee of 110 euros so that money can be released, texted him he said he can't do nothing about that and that he didn't send that email, so I need to pay that and he will help me, thats how it ended. I texted him to pull back transaction cuz I half of summer to make 50 and I didn't have that amount. He said he can't do nothing about that unless I pay that fee. I got a lot of screenshots if you wanna check out conversation. And please feel free to share with me if you had some similar experiance as me.  Share this store with others so they don't  make mistake as I did. After all this, I realize how ignorant I was, and I expected a miracle from God to fall from the sky, just like that Lips sealed.

I stopped reading here for a minute. "Send me $50, I will give you $1,000" .. How did you really believe this? If the guy really had that engine and could've made $1k from a $50 investment, he would've multiplied his own money to infinity. Besides mining gear, there is no "engine" that generates BTC out of nowhere, lol. Time for you to take a seat and start learning what Bitcoin is and how it works.

Had you sent him 110 more for the "fees", he would've requested one more payment afterwards most likely. This would've gone forever, until your wallet would've emptied. Works the same way "internet girlfriend" scammers strip men's wallets out of money.

I still need that money for some clothes, online school is this week and from next one its starting with real one. If you have some money that doesn't mean much to you please help me out, even if its 1$ it counts and mean a lot to me.

PayPal.me/V----6 (thanks in advance)
I get it. But it was solely your fault and begging isn't really a thing we agree with here. Accept the idea that you have committed a mistake and move on with it. I've lost money too and had to understand that nobody has to pay me back for the mistakes I've made. Lesson learned.

Experienced a scam too recently. There is no way to make easy money if you don't do as thous guys. Stealing isn't a good way to make profit and it will get back at you sooner or later.

Its seems promising but when you cant connect a name to anyone you are making a deal with there is probably 100% scam.

Soooo, he told you he had a "magical" way of converting $50 in BTC to $1000 in paypal funds... You were greedy and accepted.

Offcourse, a "problem" arose and you had to pay an other $110 in BTC to get $1500 in paypal funds (in other words: he already succesfully scammed you out of $50, why not try to scam you out of an other $110)... Luckily you were smarter this time.

To bad you didn't tell the community what you were trying to do last time you needed help (with the blockchain trade balance getting stuck), if you would have told us what you were going to do with the money, somebody would probably have tried to stop you.

Bad luck dude... Remember: if something sounds to good to be true, it usually is... Bitcoin is money, you don't get it for free, there is no magic either... If you want BTC, you'll have to buy it or work for it.

You were scam OP, I hope you will going to learn a lesson in this incident of you for the financial losses. The money you were using was intended for your schooling and you end up lossing it all. You can never get your money back and transaction in cryptocurrency is irreversible. This is why in most cases if I do make crypto funds transfer I always double check the public address to make sure of that certain transaction to  be successful.

However, you should not get yourself down in this losses instead you can still find a way to sort things out for your financial lost. The best thing you could do is to disclose this incident to your family and accept all the possible things they will going to say in this incident. Nobody is perfect and that your only intention was to earn money to help get your needs especially in your studies.

Still it is not too late to pursue education and remember that family is always there to support every ups and down. They may scold you on this but do not worry that is part of the learning process and you must be positive all the time that ALL IS WELL(if you have seen the 3 idiots movie that was a good movie for motivation).

Just be true to yourself, I know your intention was only to make money and you should be more careful next time. Just always remember that there is no fast and easy money.

There is one thing I like about your title. It says, EXPERIENCE as I believe you are now. It's just too bad you had to learn this the hard way. There is one thing I know for sure from your storyline and that is, you just got scammed and no doubt, the email you got requesting you to pay some sort of fee is also from the same individual.
It's a good thing you never got to follow through else, you just might have been rubbed of all you've got just like that.
It's sad how you got so vulnerable by letting your needs get in the way and cloud your good judgements, no doubt you won't be go down that train again now that your here.
Always verify which ever platform or whom you intend to invest with before kick starting any transaction. You never can be too sure I know but determining the authenticity platforms are very possible and it's important you always do so.

<...>
You should remove your paypal information from the OP, and the pledge for contributions to it (check rule number 7 here: Unofficial list of (official) Bitcointalk.org rules, guidelines, FAQ).

Besides that, it’s good of you to share all those screen shots, although falling for that seems unbelievable. I guess personal circumstances and lack of experience favour gullibility tremendously, but hell, how many of us fell for a bunch of ICOs, thinking we would never fall for a scam (tell me about it) ?

Regardless, you’ll just have to assume that the playground bully has taken your money and move on …

Yeah, it's not something the average adult would fall for, but OP sounds very young and might not have developed the thick, calloused shell that comes with time and having been taken advantage of by predators.  I think most bitcointalk members have that kind of shell, but it's hit-or-miss with newbies.

I was waiting and then email arived, where it said I need to pay fee of 110 euros so that money can be released, texted him he said he can't do nothing about that
I don't now if it was because you couldn't afford to send him that 100 euros or realized that this was the second part of the scam, but kudos to you for not doing it.  And you might not realize it, but that request of "send me $X so that I can send you $X+Y" is a dead giveaway that you're dealing with a scammer.  Don't ever fall for that trick, and hopefully you've also learned that 1) you're not going to get something for nothing, 2) scammers are everywhere in the world of bitcoin, and 3) if something sounds too good to be true, it's not true.

Sorry you got scammed, bro.

Congratulations, you are no longer a kid.  Wink This is about like the first sex, she looked so attractive, but it didn't end well when you found out he was tranny.  Cheesy

Now serious, how did you believe some random person that it will help you make that much money with relatively small investment? Yes, maybe not for you, but it is small, people lose much larger amounts?
I hope you learned a lesson, believe me, one day you will be happy because you paid for this lesson and you end up cheap.

Next, Veseline even here you have your compatriots, many of them are so experienced. I'm sure everyone would warn you correctly that is a scam. Why didn't ask advice from them?

This is another one of those stories that I hate reading but still happening the scammer's offer is obviously to good to be true or in your own words to amazing but you still go for it , I don't know how did you find your way here in Bitcointalk I guess when you are already got scammed,
this one cost you a lot and this is not going to be the last one and it could be next week or next month because people can't moderate their greed.
