Why am I sure that none of those individuals that you are gathering (including yourself), won't put a dollar to this project, and the only ones that you actually seek for your "team" are the ones who have money?

DeFi has become a hot topic, so just copying any previous idea, pumping a lot of money into it, will make many people interested in.
If you want to build a real Dex project, start with real open source projects such as bisq, otherwise you want to speculate by riding the wave, just as it happened with ICO, IEOS,...etc.

since you have a period in the  cryptography industry, shear your experiences and projects that you participated in.

I meet several people for the past years doesn't have an account here in bitcointalk but surprisingly they are been in cryptocurrency for quite long years so I think having an account is not necessary since experience is really needed. I'm also looking for the proof regarding on his claims since the word "the best in the business" makes sounds weird since mostly the scammers are using that kind of word to boost theirselves here.

I get the skepticism. Would say the same if someone else would post something like that from a day-old account 

At the moment, I am looking for people who would have the interest to get together and build something. I have a marketing agency and I would cover that part. If here's someone who would be interested in working on the software side of the project hit me up with a message.

Can share the projects I have worked on in the past. No issues with that. Just note, we all are "hiding" behind our usernames. So, we all deserve the benefit of the doubt.

If the right people manage to come together, awesome. We'll create the necessary paperwork to move forward so everyone who's involved are protected against any possible scams.

In the end of the day, there is nothing I could say to become trustworthy, right? So, there is no need for me to prove the opposite.

If you have free time on your hands, might as well put it to work, right?

Bitcointalk is just one of those sites where creating a new account is easier than recovering your old. Apparently, if you forget your password and don't set-up a secret question - you can't recover the account

Even if he's looking for people to do the work cus he got no skills, if he have the ability, and when i say ability, i mean enough money to fund the project, i think there shouldn't be a problem.

But there's definitely a big problem if he has no skills and no money to fund the project, if he's expecting other people to do all the work while he sits there and answer the C.E.O, then he's on a long thing.

Look man, i dont think you would find anything or anyone here, am a junior web developer myself and I can tell you that no serious software developer will accept to join you without asking for payment maybe weekly or monthly.

My advice is if you are really serious, then hire a software developer and pay him or her a one off fee to set the software side of your project rolling, with that, you know have something to show to your prospective team members, from this, they will see how far you've gone with the project and how serious you take it, that way, you will have a better chance of finding people to join you more quickly than just posting here with no evidence of anything at all.

My advice is if you are really serious, then hire a software developer and pay him or her a one off fee to set the software side of your project rolling, with that, you know have something to show to your prospective team members, from this, they will see how far you've gone with the project and how serious you take it, that way, you will have a better chance of finding people to join you more quickly than just posting here with no evidence of anything at all.

Should the original poster be looking for funds when the first project he started is pretty doing well? I don't think op is somehow lacking funds but just need supporters and software developer. You can held over to service board and look for a developer to work with you, its would be nice to come up with something unique outside of uniswap and other DEX in the crypto industry.

Lol as if we'd really trust a newbie now with four years of experience in crypto-space. If you really are the best in the business, why compete on an aspect that you know already is a cliche thing? Making and starting a DEX right now isn't really a good choice. There are a lot of DEX out there. Instead of making another common project that would have a hard time gaining user clients and trusts, why not make something that isn't complicated but rather simple and unique? Take Uniswap as an example, in which they've tend to be so simple yet ended up so successful.

Another suggestion is that you should build an image first here, or just disclose your information IF you really were "4" years in crypto-space. The CEO and Founder of a lot of DEXs disclosed their info and let the people know who they are. With that, you're creating a reputation, validity, and a little trust.

If you are planning to build a dex then my advice to you will be dont step into it. Because no matter how your dex looks or what all features it has, people doesnt like trading in dex. They like to trade in centralized exchanges. Moreover none of the projects will pay you to list there project in your dex. There are hundreds of dexs out there.   It will be a waste of time and money if you step into this.

They like to trade in centralized exchanges. Moreover none of the projects will pay you to list there project in your dex. I think instead of building a new one, just contact existing DEX which is about to shut down. At least, if he really think that he has the skills to market a DEX, he has no problem anymore in setting up one but assist in the marketing area where most DEXs are weak. Easy to set-up DEX but the hard part is getting traders on board and how you can keep them. Because traders always go to the better exchange with good liquidity and competitive prices. So I don't think creating a new one will be favourable in the DEX market, as we are already saturated with substandard DEXs.

You've been in crypocurrency for over 4 years? so why DEX? for 4 years ago you never discover this forum?
And why you are still in newbie rank here anyway? and by establishing this DEX you're gonna need a huge allocation
budget for this DEX to make it happen, I'm sure your aware of this, am I right?
