Hi,

Fully built, powered and tested (operating 24H for about 3 years) mining farm is up for sale.

North Texas (Dallas area) location with evaporative cooling and open air exchange, redundant internet, CCTV, alarm system, remote temperature  monitoring, etc.
750KW capacity (Oncor), ~5c current (4.6c from 2/1) /kWh rate (@80% load WITH ALL taxes and all fees, fixed rate for 3 years). You can also go market price (2.5c and up all in)

Building is ~6,000 sqft LEASE (2K/mo 3y, renewable). Cooling, power, shelves and ventilation can handle ~300 optimized S17s.

Please PM me with any questions.

Bye
Gabor

Hi Gabor, most likely you'll get to have more exposure for this mining for sale on Computer hardware.

Whether it's for rent or for sale. Good luck!  Smiley

Does the mining facility composed of AntMiner S9 all the way?

Also it is better if there will be photos included in this post for it to be more attracting to potential renter or buyer.

It would be good if you post the renting and the whole package price here.

Our S9s are all gone now. We have S17 and T17 units only
You are right, will put up some pictures soon.

Doable hosting fee would be 8-9c/KW/mo. (minimum of 20KW).

Mainly interested in sale though.

Hi Gabor,

Did you only host ASICs or do you have any GPU rigs for sale? I can make an offer on any that you may have.

Thanks,

Kel

Yes, you can use 80% continuous. That's 600KW or more. The wiring from the transformer and the internal wiring is wired for full 100% load 750KW and transformer can/should be able to handle full load (according to Oncor) as well.

You are welcome! Do you still see profitability (I mean like "stable") in GPUs on alts?

Yes, profitability was lower before recent DeFi activity but we were still positive before.

GPU miners would need more or "careful" maintenance work while running them. The hashrate is not kinda stable compare to ASIC miners.
