freehold house+land in Europe 1hr to sea

Hi guys,
I just wonder if anyone wants to buy a freehold house + land in Eoropean Union (Bulgaria). House is in bad condition and probably has to be run down. Plot is nice size 1300 square metres. In small village about 1 hour drive to the seaside. The house is mine, I am not an agency. 100% freehold. Nice views, nice green area, close to center of the village.  Starting price only 0.3 BTC

Your post has been removed by Reddit mods and there is no source to prove the ownership. How can I know you did not sell the same house twice? Common sense should not let me to be a victim. Why 0.3 BTC?

Even if it someday becomes unactive you are welcome to check the proof of ownership. I have all papers on my name an can show them to your lawyer or whoever you trust. Properties in Bulgaria are transfered at a notary who makes sure the pproperty is being sold by the only owner, checks are being made in the electronic register of the court. Only then the deal can be signed and the new owner will receive his deeds paper on his name signed and stamped by notary and the court and accordingly changes made in the electronic register. Nobody can sell a property twice.

Regarding price, I priced it to sell.

Actually yes, since 2011, it's highly probably the house has already collapsed, and if not it will actually drag the price down as you have to demolish it with more cots.
So in the end it's about 4E/square meter in a remote village in the poorest country in the EU, and most likely no running water or gas close by. Hardly a bargain.

Stompix, I never expected my price will be too high for somebody. Buying is a matter of personal choice after all. And if we calculate it having in mind only the area of the plot it comes at about 2.50€ per square meter as it is 1300 square metres.
