I believe BCT has some kind of proxy/caching server for images that compresses these images heavily.

"Many traders seem to relate the price of Un now to the dollar"

The last 30 days have seen a steady rise in UNO price, even as Btc has fallen.

Accumulators gonna accumulate.

A little bit of a pull back from .005, where there's more willing sellers. This is a good time to pick up some more $uno in the mid .004's before the run up to .006. based on this month-long trajectory.  Very interesting to see the decoupling from Bitcoin price.  Many traders seem to relate the price of Un now to the dollar, which is in that $2-$2.50 range for the moment..

First tied to BTC, then to $, next ...?

Many traders will seem to relate the price of Un to silver

US Mint caught completely off guard by EPIC physical demand, SOLD OUT of Silver Eagles after burning through over 2 million oz in less than 2 hours Wednesday morning!

http://www.silverdoctors.com/us-mint-caught-totally-off-guard-by-epic-silver-demand-physical-market-screams-no-mas

Get silver in your hands and Unobtanium in your hard drives while supplies last (at these prices).

It's rare.  It's fair.  It's Unobtanium.

But silver prices are still falling:

https://www.bullionvault.com/silver-price-chart.do

My guess is: stock markets have lost the plot (plus non-inflation precludes 'inflation-hedge bullion purchases') -- for example, Japan -- and that is 'pulling' funds from the bullion market.

Sure is good to see this as a subject of discussion.

Many traders will seem to relate the price of Un to silver

In recent days, there has been a global scramble to acquire silver bullion coins and bars after the price falls according to Reuters. Maple Leaf silver coins are difficult to acquire according to bullion dealers, with the  Royal Canadian Mint on allocation from September. There is a concern that supply times will increase and premiums are likely to jump according to Reuters.

http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2014-11-05/%E2%80%9Cglobal-scramble%E2%80%9D-silver-coins-%E2%80%9Chard-get%E2%80%9D-%E2%80%9Cpremiums-likely-jump%E2%80%9D

Good idea to acquire silver and Unobtanium if you can get them at current price levels ahead of increased demand on tightening supply.

It's rare.  It's fair.  It's Unobtanium.

if we commit to it
THEN un (will be) redeemable for physical (without out the lack of inventory problem seen in the USA)

why?  Because you can't back uno with silver unless you are holding silver.
(see coffee can in garden protected by our large feathered mascot) << that's what un is / distributed custodianship

my problem ... no silver .oz .999 acquirable in my neck of the woods ... but think of doing gold back offer ... .999 pure AU and easy to take (a hold of) a position.  I can walk to 3 gold shops from my front door.

Gold will do the trick, B.N. Ian and I have no preference for silver. It's just that when we started analysing Perth Mint products, we found that cheaper gold products carried higher premiums. Out of easily one hundred products, the plain (but PM-stamped) 10-oz silver bar was the best value -- about 250$ AU at that point.

And: trust and 'diffusion' will do the trick, diffusion being that, say, ten TTs bury $500 worth each. (This is down the track aways. Hedges are a micro experiment, a mere trial)

Now, details to follow; but consider how Hedges and bullion-for-Uno sales, and redeeming and
Corporate Outreach will ultimately be closely linked.

I cut loose Altcoinfaucet.net. It was a very good service, just a little pricey.

For those of you who feel your wallet needs a little dust, Cryptapus is still running a UNO faucet at http://cryptap.us/uno/faucet/

Check out all of the cool stuff that Cryptapus does for the UNO community. He's brought a lot of value to UNO, and made it more fun to own.

Have you tried his UNO dice games?
Be sure to patronize his services.  You can show him a little love with a tip to uQkoQyjd4K2ALowKnZuRMJxaemUWec9N5w

I wonder where that is, because such a thing tells me silver is more valuable there, were markets rational.

Comkort exchange has added a UNO/USD market. Uno is one of just 10 initial markets selected for trading in USD. It's Uno's second Usd market in a month!

Comkort's Un/Btc market has not been very active for several months.  Running an exchange is very tough business, and volume begets volume. I'm glad Comkort thinks enough of Un to stick with it even in the face of very little activity. I hope their persistence will eventualy reward them.  Adding a Un/Usd market is nod to Uno.

@ another fiat portal: Huge news! Over time, let's look at options available to smaller nations. Certainly a Euro/Uno pair.

And:

The Japanese and the ECB have both recently announced big stimulus packages (which pushed the stock markets sharply up). But the ECB announcement puzzled me: 'Haven't the Germans pledged to prevent this?'

'We now learn from a Reuters report that [ECB Guy] defied an explicit order from the governing council when he seemingly promised to boost the ECB's balance sheet by €1 trillion. He also jumped the gun with a speech in Jackson Hole, giving the very strong impression that the ECB was alarmed by the collapse of the so-called five-year/five-year swap rate and would therefore respond with overpowering force. He had no clearance for this.'

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/finance/comment/ambroseevans_pritchard/11211973/Mario-Draghis-efforts-to-save-EMU-have-hit-the-Berlin-Wall.html

This is a big deal because the stimulus is the dance music, and when the music stops . . .

I don't twatter, but I hope you guys are reaching out to BW on Twitter and showing support for him.  I haven't noticed that anyone is.

(Just a thought.  If I was on there, I would post a nice one for him.)  (...Are you afraid of trolls hoping on?  Why should a troll keep us from being our decent, supportive selves?)

Sorry to hear that you were caught in the Moolah trap. They got me, too.  I'm just waiting and watching, but I don't have much hope.

This is a known MintPal Uno wallet. I'm watching it for any movement.
