It was a nice pump but the dump were not long in coming. What is the reason? I haven't found any news on official web site.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

So, if bittrex delist this coin, do we have to wait 300 more confirmations to send uno to a different exchange?

Don't know what happened or why but if I were you I'd start moving them to Cryptopia before everyone else tries to, or you might get caught in the traffic jam! I am using Cryptopia and though it's not as user-friendly as some exchanges, its reliable, support is good and quick and there is a good, helpful community. (I believe it may be owned and operated by Kim Dotcom). You could do worse, take Bittrex for example, constantly causing problems for users and delisting coins for no good reason.

How many confirmation does Cryptopia want ? does it want 300 confirmations like bittrex? or 5-10 is enough ?

OMG, This coin is taking to long to confirm.
Wow brother, you should have read the post. It's not the coin, it's the exchange. For some reason Bittrex requires 300 confirmation. It's not our fault.

they keep saying its uno blockchain.

I don't know why you even talk like that. First of all that's no amount of money to end your life. Secondly, if you haven't sold, you haven't lost anything. Put your coins in a paper wallet And forget about them for a year and come back and be happy.

That's a huge loss for me. Not sure it'll ever hit ATH without bittrex though.

Nice to see that unobtanium is still alive. This coin has a legendary status to me, because its one of the great old crypto coins. It´s a really rare coin and it feels very good to have some of them in my pocket  Grin.

Other good places to trade Uno:
Bleutrade.com,  coinexchange.io,  c-cex.com,   bisq.io

Bleutrade.com - Zero support. Tickets ignored. Zero updates in their thread. Many reports of missing deposits/withdrawals. Buggy.Untrustworthy.

c-cex.com - Terrible support. Many reports of missing deposits/withdrawals. Buggy. Untrustworthy.

coinexchange.io - never used them. No BCT thread. Bad reports:  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1532173.80

I use cryptopia when I have to - no major issues to date.

bisq.io - Decentralized. Reliable. Only good reports. Safe. Very trustworthy.

Please do not use www.bleutrade.com they are theives! I created an account today and cannot log back in. I have tried eveything and zero in response. Their login page doesn't work, password reset doesn't work, NOTHING!!! Does anyone have any suggestions for me? Please help because I just lost a lot of UNO and those assholes took it from me.

People who want to try UNO have been complaining for months that they install the UNO client and they cannot connect to peers. Nobody is listening to them.

this resource will get you peers.dat and sync blockchain in full, issue is not of that rather possible continuation of work, delisting from an exchange is not a death sentence lack of attention community is

but on principle alone I aint selling for pennies , this is general philosophy of mine, hope you all here and not just on this thread follow this attitude in general, value your assets higher!

I downloaded the electrum uno wallet for my mac OS X and foolishly, didnt try to test the wallet first with a small amount. after transferring my entire balance of uno, I see that the electrum wallet is not connected to server. I don't seem to have an option to switch to any other servers aside from kraken.cyptap and cetus.cryptap which neither of them work. Any suggestions?

Bittrex has lost almost all credit with me after the altcoin manipulation on Oct 9, the seemingly random suspension of some accounts without any explanation whatsoever (not mine but still; a lame explanation came after coin telegraph put some public pressure on them) and now the sudden increase of required confirmations to 300 (Uno lead dev twittered about it so the horribly long transaction process wasn't UNO's responsibility) right at the time when UNO was pumping ridiculously at Trex yesterday while you could buy at half the price on other exchanges. It's becoming more and more obvious to me that theses manipulations at Bittrex are if not orchestrated inside then at least knowingly tolerated by the exchange.

I guess I wasn't the only one who wanted to profit from the considerable UNO price difference between Bittrex and other exchanges yesterday during the pump. To protect the manipulation strategies of the Bittrex pumpers form any external influx of cheap UNO they just upped the confimation needed for tx, that's my hypothesis now.
So now that price is down to half of what I paid yesterday at topia I'll just keep the coins since it seems to be a very sympathetic community and team as well as sound philosophy behind it anyway. I think due to its scarcity and with its longevity in mind (outright methusalemic in terms of Crypto logic) it'll go up sometime in the future. I'll just stay calm and forget about.
