how are you going to put it into practice? HELLO MCFLY!  nearly 5 years of putting it into practice, note the exchange scams listed, note UNO survived goX after goX, note the focus to be TRUE to decent-TRa-lized.

how the heck can you access uno with an old wallet.dat file...
seems as if it's tough to do/not possible with the electrum 2.6.2 wallet and the QT wallet on the Uno website doesn't work...no block source available (nice upkeep there). any ideas or solutions?

I'm not the developer so I can't comment about seed nodes, but all I did to get it to work was paste those addnodes into unobtanium.conf and save it in the Uno folder. Maybe your firewall is blocking it?

Nubies interested in Uno, start by using Coinomi wallet. Get it for Android on Google Play, and for iOS in the App Store







For more advanced users, use the UNO Electrum wallet from Unotanium.uno,  but understand that you will need to update the Electrum nodes to electrum1.unobtanium.uno,  or electrum2.unobtanium.uno  or nigeria1.unobtanium.uno or nigeria2.unobtanium.uno

yeah - my wallet.dat backup is from an old (maybe the first!) Uno QT wallet?  I was hoping I could download the v0.10 QT wallets on the website and import my .dat file into that.  But even with those added nodes it is not connecting.  Even if I get a connection not sure my old .dat is compatible.  Is an old .dat compatible with bluechist?   Why don't any of these wallets have the current nodes?  Users should not have to manually be changing/adding them.

Your old Wallet.dat file will work even in the newer QT wallet.

Are you running Windows?
Do you know how to copy a Windows.dat file to the %AppData%/Unobtanium folder?

What is your level of knowledge about such things?

But then, you have to know where to copy this stuff.
