Create a paper wallet, send a small amount of UNO to the "Unobtanium Address". Then to retrieve it, in a debug console type "importprivkey <private key>" where <private key> is the "Private Key" on the paper wallet. That will make that address one of your receive addresses.

I should have also added that if you have security concerns, save a copy of the webpage to your local drive or off-line host and create the wallet there. It can be run off-line.

okay, about to try it.  sorry if this is a stupid question, but:  when I type that command into debug console, it won't do anything weird that might compromise the money I already have attributed to that client, right?  You're saying it just creates a new receive address from the private key?

Correct, it is safe. But don't take my word for it, Google bitcoin importprivkey to verify.

Finally made an account just to post this.

Crypt.  Thanks for the paper wallet.  Sending you 3 UNO now as a thank you.  Will send you 2-5 more (based on my estimation of your level of effort) if you can change the CSS scheme to better match the UNO purple color scheme and modify/remove the non-UNO branding (such as the bitaddress.org header, constant use of bitcoin instead of UNO, link to your own github, etc etc).

If you can match the effort/love put into http://dogecoinpaperwallet.net/ , modify the code to use the paper wallet format posted at https://twitter.com/unobtanium_uno/status/445210171938066433/photo/1 (I think falling knife can get you this), and otherwise fully distinguish it from bitaddress.org.  I will give you 10 more UNO.

Community.  Lets get a domain set up for this, or maybe even host it off the main uno.io address if we can reach the owner/developer.  Need to get the word out.

Thank you all for your kind donations. I have fixed some of the low hanging fruit and will revisit other more difficult problems as time permits. By the way, if someone would like to take a stab at better graphics (as I'm sure some are better graphic designers than I), there are 3 pngs. The banner at the top of the page, the unencrypted paper wallet and the bip38 encrypted wallet. If you create a png that has the same size but retains the QR code placement, public address string placement, private key string placement and their color and sizes I can update the site.

Rockchain hans't been picking up new blocks for 2 days now.  I found another one here http://bit.usr.sh:2750/chain/Unobtanium but it is down A LOT.

Anyone else here notice that if you use Private Internet Access (a sponsor of this site) while here, bct considers it a TOR IP and charges you bitcoin to "clear your name".  What a racket.

That image came from Jacob and his team.  They actually improved on that design, which is an older one, but I guess they didn't release it or complete the wallet project.

Yeah every so often abe crashes, and I have to restart the server. If anyone knows anything about setting up bitcoinjs please send me a pm.

I'm studying the Borgcoin... I mean Blackcoin Pool project and its potential impact on the altcoin scene.  Could this development be a good opportunity to attract altcoiners to the Unobtanium community?  Anyone else looking at Blackcoin?  I don't hold any Blackcoin.
