When I read a post like Knife's update, it makes me not give a damn about the current price.  

UNO code is solid.  UNO community is solid. (not hollow unlike the majority of crypto upstarts)

UNO is about fundamentals: the reward schedule, the networks power, the wallet functionality, the ability communicate with the exchanges (Bryce's new fix), having cross platform business partners, branding, exposure, etc.etc.

UNO is a DAC.  Backed by a collection of great talent.  If not the best, when tested as a whole.  And it is building a very sound and specific product.  

And once the market tires of copy-pasta, pump, sparkle-and-fades of the day.  Then they will seek real value.  

Make sure your holding enough to give a healthy tip to all those mentioned above, when the trend shifts.

As a coin that is made to last and be a store of wealth, a laser engraved hardware wallet the size of a credit card would be really cool, no?  There's already been a lot of interest and talk here recently about metal cold storage of UNO, so I know this idea will resonate with you all.  Although anyone with the skills and credibility can do this and bring their project to the community, it's also nice to know that Blocktech has this capability and plans to make it available to UNO.   

Glad to see there is still interest in this. I have a design that needs finalising (pics some way back in the thread).

I had the project on the back burner as I was wrapping up a contract that was pretty hectic and setting up some other projects, not to mention getting ready for interviews for my next contract/job.

I'll put in some hours in today and get the production of the coin rolling today. Should take two weeks from the submission of my design to the manufacturer.

No here is the interesting part- I like to do pure silver strikes as it's more of a store of value, but I understand that this might not be as accessible to new users as a cheaper metal strike. As such the initial striking will be less than 100 bars. I'll mix it up, so there will be both available, perhaps in a few different finishes, giving you guys choice and realistic pricing for everyone involved. Seems demand is good, so I won't do preorders.

I'll get on designing the security hologram today too.

A copper/brass bar should not come to more than £10 with holograms and stickers for the keys. A pure silver strike should not go past £30. Both with capsules or containers obviously.

Let me know what you think, if someone has already begun a hardwallet, perhaps it will be cool to have some variation available too.

One of the perks of being a currency that is supported by Blocktech Group is that they have a size & scale that will benefit Unobtanium.  Bryce mentioned to me that UNO will eventually be getting SMS wallets and ATMs!  He is already working on those for Razor and will then bring the technology to UNO.  Blocktech also has manufacturing capability, so it's possible to make something like the hardware cold storage wallets on bitkee.com for Unobtanium.

Trezor make it vary  good  and is compatible with litecoin to - in process, butterfly labs have project in process ....there is some thin as credit card size hardware wallets to.when uno cam with some similar I am shore it's gonna be ultimate killer .  -fantastic idea especially for unobtanium.  I like to think and wonder for the future...UNOBTANIUM express hardware cold  storage card black titanium edition ....sounds great yes!

The reporter earlier said,

What do you want to hear? UNO has been through one of the most notorious pumps of this year. It almost destroyed the coin. Without FalingKnife putting the pieces back together I don't know we'd even be here talking to each other.

So no, I'm not a big fan of the idea. I also haven't heard any rumors. But I get that UNO is an attractive coin for a pump. The rarity and its current low price could make it explode in value if enough volume comes to the market...
