I have sent 5 emails to coinedup so called customer support over the last 7 days and have had not even 1 response .
After trading with them for months and not having a problem i thought they were legit but know after losing my coins and not getting an answer from them i believe they are untrustworthy as an exchange  !

From Coinedup Terms of Service

CoinedUp.com is a crypto-only currency exchange. No hard currencies can be traded here. Although the software that runs the exchange is tested for reliability and correctness, no guarantees of reliability or correctness are provided by CoinedUp.com. We are constantly working to maintain our reputation of serving our users with secure, accurate, and speedy transactions but again offer no guarantees. The services at CoinedUp.com are provided for entertainment purposes only.

In other words i am happy to take the money for fees and for any losses you might incur for using my website and if shit happens BAD LUCK !

Reddit messages were unanswered too .

Traders BEWARE !!! COINEDUP exchange operator is a thief !!!
