Instead of using random.org, you could consider using the last digit of a BTC block hash to choose the winner. 1-9 stay the same and 10-15 become a-f. 0 could be a reroll

Instead of using random.org, you could consider using the last digit of a BTC block hash to choose the winner. 1-9 stay the same and 10-15 become a-f. 0 could be a reroll
