Could you explain the next point?

Dynamic Rewards essentially means that the rewards don't constantly inflate or deflate,
it will be based on the market conditions every year, but there will also be a constant year (6th year).

Hello! Rewards and difficulty are two different things. To the network, the difficulty and rewards are different constants, and they're both based on different curves.

2. Regulators can't really ban something if it's used for bad things - did they ban cash because it's still the number one way drug deals go down?
