So what exactly is different on your wallets compared to the others? Open source, verifiable, privacy, etc is not exactly unique. I don't know walletscrunity but I believe anyone can test the same thing by building from the source code and compare the hash with the file you published, so it's not that groundbreaking either. I think you meant Walletscrutiny.com

Also, if you want to promote something, it's better to put up a link. You don't want anyone searching for it and maybe falling for a phishing website, right?

https://unstoppable.money/

At least the wallet is non-custodial and supports connecting to the servers through Tor. But may I ask you what is your planned business model? Do you have anything planned or are you just maintaining this wallet for the community (assuming you work on it)?

The good part is that the code is there on Git ( and since OP didn't put links, here we are: https://github.com/horizontalsystems )
I'd still like to hear about 3rd party review of the code, made by somebody I trust (yes, I know that this will take time).
At least the apk is indeed made from the Git code (according to walletscrutiny.com), good!

OP, you seem to be on the right track, but it'll need time.
And a question: does this wallet work with hardware wallets? (I want to see if it's a worthy competitor for Mycelium, or "not yet").

I don't know walletscrunity but I believe anyone can test the same thing by building from the source code and compare the hash with the file you published, so it's not that groundbreaking either. CMIIW.

I will try to offer brief summary here:

1. Native Wallet

Unstoppable is a native mobile wallet, built using Swift on iOS and Kotlin on Android. using native platforms open up a lot of capabilities not available in pseudo native implementations using ReactJS etc.

2. Privacy aspects include following:

- ability to some mask improve privacy on Bitcoin (and alike chains) transactions to some extent
- ability to operate fully in peer to per mode (SPV + wallet restore)
- TOR capability (android only)

3. Standard Compliant

Unstoppable is the only smartphone wallet that can both create and restore all standard compliant Bitcoin wallets (BIP44, BIP49, BIP84).

4. Educational Aspects

- easy to understand overview of vital aspects in wallet app
- how transaction, fees, privacy works on various blockchains
- all content that's available on Litrex.academy is also accessible from within wallet app

5. Other

- it's the only wallet that enables sending time locked transactions which can not be spent until certain ate in the future.
- supports 6 blockchains and respective tokens
- supports decentralized swaps (only for Ethereum tokens)

Thanks, I represent a team!

We are contemplating adding paid features oriented at those trading/investing. These are currently work in progress.

We work on several monetization features as we speak, mostly oriented at those trading/investing cryptocurrency.

- on chain analytics data
- price trend reversal alerts
- academy section of the wallet app will soon introduce content which will require payment.

1. Our mission started with the idea of creating wallet for ourselves as as a convenient nice-looking tool to keep and track assets. It took us about two years to build the first version as we had to create SPV libraries for Kotlin and Swift.

2. Since early 2020 or our mission got upgraded from "storage of assets" to "investing and growing" and that's where we are now. We are integrating features that we feel are necessary such as swapping currencies in decentralized manner etc. This takes time and that's where we currently at.

We do a lot of 'research and development' in parallel (i.e. lightning network, neutrino protocol etc) as the field develops really fast on various sides.

- ability to mask Bitcoin (and alike chains) transactions
Can you elaborate on this? Your website also says "Enhanced privacy features to make transactions harder to trace", but gives no details whatsoever on what these privacy features are. How do you mask transactions? How do you make them harder to trace?

Unstoppable is the only wallet that can both create and restore all standard compliant Bitcoin wallets (BIP44, BIP49, BIP84).
That just isn't true. There are plenty of wallets which can create and restore BIP44/49/84.

- easy to understand overview of vital aspects in wallet app
I would disagree with this. I've been through your entire website, linked academy, etc., and can find very few details regarding the things you have mentioned above.

- it's the only wallet that enables sending time locked transactions which can not be spent until certain ate in the future.
What? The only wallet? You are saying that time locked transactions did not exist until your wallet came along?

It doesn't work with hardware wallets. But we are looking into it, if people need it we will add it.

Hi, sure thing

- re: masking transactions

Essentially Unstoppable implements BIP69 protocol letting the wallet user to select how the inputs/outputs of transactions are ordered.

This makes it more difficult for someone monitoring the chain to differentiate between the change and destination address. It doesn't guarantee full security but still better than plain ordering where the change output always appears first or second.

If interested to learn more check out the BIP69 overview, https://github.com/bitcoin/bips/blob/master/bip-0069.mediawiki

- re: create/restore BIP44/49/84

Perhaps I am not aware of those, could you point out the non-custodial wallets that can operate in all three modes for wallet setup/restore.

- re: easy to understand overview of vital aspects in wallet app[/quote]

noted! We are in the process of updating the wallet site, I will have another look at it with the team. Should you have more specific feedback in regards to the website please don't hesitate!

- re: timelocked transactions

I said 'only wallet that enables sending time locked transactions'. Obviously anyone familiar with Bitcoin OPCODES and protocol can craft such transactions. Saying that it didn't exist would be false and plain stupid. The point I tried to make is that I am not familiar with A MOBILE WALLET that integrates such feature. I suppose there are plenty of raw scripts that can automate this as well. Perhaps you can direct us towards such wallet.

Do you have testnet enabled in wallet so we can test how wallet works with testnetBitcoin?
Having a desktop version would also be a good idea, as some people don't like mobile wallets.

Thanks for the answers.

Essentially Unstoppable implements BIP69 protocol letting the wallet user to select how the inputs/outputs of transactions are ordered.
BIP69 is good for privacy, sure, but I think it's a huge stretch to say that it "masks" transactions. Your website also makes mention of a "randomizer"? What is this?

Perhaps I am not aware of those, could you point out the non-custodial wallets that can operate in all three modes for wallet setup/restore.
https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Bech32_adoption#Software_Wallets

The point I tried to make is that I am not familiar with A MOBILE WALLET that integrates such feature.
I am also not aware of any other mobile wallets which support making time locked transactions, but you should make that more clear and say you are the only "mobile wallet" rather than saying you are the only "wallet".

There seem to be a bit of confusion in regards to the usage of 'masking' in the description. We will think of the better way to describe this as well as add further explanations to each highlighted feature in the wallet website.

Yes our Bitcoin kit libraries support testnet, unfortunately production version of the wallet doesn't have such capability.

if you would like to test the development version of the wallet with the app configured to use testnet drop me a line here and I will add you to dev users list where you can experiment with the TOR and other features. The dev version is stable and couple of months ahead of the production.

By the way, you can use any ERC20 token with Unstoppable wallet if you know its contract address.

How to:
Just press Add Coin button, then Add Token button on top left corner, then choose ERC20 from menu, then paste contract address.

Suggestion concerning this. Very many newbies will find this process a little challenging as I also faced it about 3 years back when i just got to know about crypto and was using Myetherwallet which uses the same procedure.

Why don't you guys make everything automatic and show the tokens in the wallet when they are sent to it?
I  have seen a number of wallets do this such as imtoken, metamask etc. Maybe you can pick a leaf from them on how they do it  Wink
That can ensure a smooth process for newbies using your wallet

No extra fee charged for swapping, except regular Ethereum network fees.

There is no fiat on ramp available in Unstoppable. You can only swap crypto to crypto in Unstoppable.

I almost didn't find the Academy section and thought that I had to download the app and that it was only visible through the app. There is a link to it at the bottom of the homepage. I think putting a link somewhere at the top would be good and make your site different compared to some others. Briefly highlighting and talking about the content of the Academy on the homepage would be a nice change.

Ledger has an Academy as well, for example. A link to it is also placed at the bottom of the site, or you have to hover the mouse over Get Started from the top for the dropdown menu to display a link to the Academy. Binance places it at the bottom as well.
